【摘 要】随着我国经济的不断高速发展，水利工程项目建设也取得了惊人成绩，而水利工程的管理工作对于整个水利工程的质量有着决定性的影响。而随着科学技术的不断提升，水利工程的管理工作也应该顺应时代的发展，走科学化的路线。但在目前的水利工程施工管理过程中还普遍存在着一些不足，致使水利工程质量无法提升。施工过程的管理水平对整个水利工程都有着巨大的影响，相关企业必须要加以重视，并提高管理质量。本文主要针对水利工程施工管理的特点和所存在的问题进行分析，并提供一些合理化的建议和具体措施，希望能够为水利工程提高自身的管理水平起到帮助作用。

Discussion on construction management characteristics and quality control strategy of water conservancy projects

【Abstract】With the rapid development of China's economy， the construction of water conservancy projects has also achieved amazing results， and the management of water conservancy projects has a decisive impact on the quality of the entire water conservancy project. With the continuous improvement of science and technology， the management of water conservancy projects should also follow the development of the times and take a scientific approach. However， there are still some shortcomings in the current construction management of water conservancy projects， which may not improve the quality of water conservancy projects. The management level of the construction process has a huge impact on the entire water conservancy project. Relevant enterprises must pay attention to it and improve the quality of management. This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of the construction management of water conservancy projects and the existing problems， and provides some reasonable suggestions and specific measures， hoping to help the water conservancy projects improve their own management level.

隨着科学技术水平的不断提升，水利工程的项目规模开始不断的加大，而工程的完成质量决定着整体工程的效果，所以在新时代下，相关企业必须要提升水利工程的质量，具体要从加强施工管理质量开始入手[1]。目前，在水利工程施工管理中，因为自身的工程特点，所以造成了一些管理上的问题和弊端，这是企业必须要优先解决的首要任务。对此，企业必须要建立完善的管理体系，加强工程质量的监督工作，合理控制成本，提高水利工程的完成质量，实现企业的经济效益最大化，促进我国水利事业的蓬勃发展。
