【摘 要】当代人的生活水平不断提高，他们的审美意识也随之提升，因此对建筑美观性和提出了更高的要求，建筑装饰改造工程备受重视。目前，对已建成的建筑物进行装饰装修改造已经成为热门领域，基于此，本文具体分析了建筑装饰改造工程的施工管理，并从多个角度入手，提出了相应的改造建议，以期为相关工作者提供借鉴。

【Abstract】The living standards of contemporary people are constantly improving， and their aesthetic consciousness is also increasing. Therefore， the architectural aesthetics and higher requirements are put forward， and the architectural decoration renovation project has received much attention. At present， the decoration and renovation of the completed buildings has become a hot field. Based on this， this paper analyzes the construction management of the architectural decoration renovation project， and starts from several angles， and proposes corresponding transformation proposals， with a view to relevant work. 随着城市化进程进程的加快，城市功能发生了一定的变化，经济和产业结构不断优化，人，这对当代人的生活、工作与学习产生了直接影响。就城市建筑来说，旧建筑物无论是室外形象，还是室内布局都已经无法满足现代生活需求，我国第一批营业性建筑大多于20世纪90年代简称，就现阶段的角度来看，这些酒店和商场的装修风格已经落后于时代，但由于早期建筑仍旧有着较大的现金流入，且占据着较为重要的地理位置，如果进行拆除重建操作，不仅要花费大量的资金成本，还会消耗时间成本。因此，考虑到多方因素，越来越多的城市选择对其进行装饰改造，改造工程逐渐成为城市建筑的第一选择。相关研究表明，中国装饰装修在装饰市场中的占比并不高，与发达国家相比还存在一定差距，但随着新建建筑日趋饱和，国内的装饰改造工程迎来了广阔的发展前景，本文就建筑装饰改造工程施工管理展开论述。
