【摘 要】传统民居建筑是我国历史文化遗产，它是构成历史街道、古城、乡镇等建筑群体的重要组成部分。然而随着经济社会的不断发展，现代化的城市格局大肆扩张，许多古老优秀的建筑被拆毁，造成了不可弥补的遗憾。面对这种现状，越来越多的人注意到对传统民居建筑的改造更新，以实现其持续性发展。传统民居蕴含的历史文化及人文情怀逐渐被人发掘，并被重新利用。本文以周村大街为例，在分析其历史及现状的基础上，对周村大街的建筑进行改造设想，并分析改造内含的必然性及意义。

Renovation and Sustainable Development of Traditional Residential Buildings——A Case Study of Zhoucun Street

【Abstract】Traditional residential architecture is a historical and cultural heritage of China. It is an important part of the historical community， ancient city， township and other architectural groups. However， with the continuous development of the economy and society， the modern urban structure has expanded greatly， and many old and excellent buildings have been demolished， resulting in irreparable regrets. Faced with this situation， more and more people have noticed the renovation and renewal of traditional residential buildings to achieve their sustainable development. The historical culture and humanistic feelings contained in traditional dwellings have gradually been discovered and reused. Taking Zhoucun Street as an example， this paper analyzes the history and current situation， reconstructs the architecture of Zhoucun Street， and analyzes the inevitability and significance of the transformation.

1. 周村大街概況及布局

1.1 周村大街概况。

周村大街，也称为周村古商城，位于山东省淄博市周村区，占地17 公顷，由大街、丝市街、银子市街等古商业街区组成。现有保存完好的明清古建筑5万余平方米。[1]景区内古迹众多，街区纵横，店铺林立，建筑风格迥异，中西文化合璧，至今仍在发挥其商业功能，被中国古建筑保护委员会的专家誉为“中国活着的古商业建筑博物馆群”。

1.2 周村大街空间格局。

（1）古商城的大街、丝市街、银子市街为古城原有主要交通道路，几条主要的街道划分出几个边界清晰的地块。地块内部由许多院落组成，院落空间较为零散，形状大小各异，密度差异也较大，没有统一固定的规律。沿主要交通道路的两侧一般为开间较大的商铺，店铺之间紧密毗邻商业繁荣，基本保持了原有的商业风貌。……
