【摘 要】水利工程是我国的重点工程。在工程建设中，有效的质量控制是非常必要的。在水利工程建设中，要明确施工技术中存在的问题，提出创新的对策，既保证施工质量，又促进施工安全的维护。本论文针对财务决策支持系统中人工智能的应用展开研究。

【Abstract】Water conservancy projects are the key projects in China. In the construction of the project， effective quality control is very necessary. In the construction of water conservancy projects， it is necessary to clarify the problems existing in the construction technology and propose innovative countermeasures to ensure the construction quality and promote the maintenance of construction safety. This thesis focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in financial decision support systems.

1. 引言：

由于工程建设的特殊性和技术的复杂性，政府投资的水利工程给工程建设带来了质量问题。为了减少质量问题，我们需要注意施工工艺。目前，水利工程施工技术中存在一些问题，需要引起重视。明确存在的问题及其原因，提出相应的创新对策，使施工技术有效发挥作用，避免安全事故的发生。

2. 水利工程施工技术中所存在的问题

（1）水利工程项目施工技术中所存在的安全问题。

水利工程规模大，施工技术复杂。由于施工区地形危险，露天作业，施工经常受到泥石流、滑坡等重大自然灾害的威胁，对施工产生影响，安全隐患的存在是不可避免的[1]。在施工技术中，如果施工技术控制力度不够，将导致安全事故的发生。施工技术中强调安全施工技术。但是，大多数施工人员没有红线意识，造成了频繁的安全事故和严重的财产损失。

（2）水利工程项目施工技术中所存在的质量问题。

在水利工程施工技术中，虽然实施了优质的施工技术，但施工技术的内容和方法却没有与时俱进，使施工技术正式化。例如，在施工中对材料质量没有有效的控制，一些有质量问题的材料在施工中使用时不可避免地会造成隐患[2]。……
