【摘 要】随着社会经济的发展和人们需求的提高，涌入市场的装饰公司越来越多，竞争越来越激烈，要想使得我公司能在我国的装饰公司中站稳脚步，需要加强我公司的竞争力，提升核心竞争力，学习其他装饰工程和公司的专业化理论和提高专业化水平，从而能够建立我公司在市场上的知名度和好口碑。本文通过分析目前在设计引领装饰工程总承包的问题，对企业核心竞争力进行考察和研究，并结合在市场中行业总体的技术发展特点和趋势，提出了我公司在市场中发展的有效策略，为提升企业核心竞争力提供依据。

1. 引言

（1）社会经济都在不断的发展着，人们的收入提高，对生活的關注点更多的从物质层面上升到了精神层面，对居住的装饰也有了很高的要求。以前，人们生活条件相对比较差，对房屋只要求可以遮风挡雨、能够睡觉即可，然而现在，更多的在意舒适度、是够健康、装饰的是否有艺术感、是够华丽美观等。所以诞生了很多装饰公司，并且因为人们的需求大量增加也得到了迅速发展。可是，由于装饰公司太多，而且技术也不断改进，使得我们公司在提升核心竞争力上还需要深入研究，找出问题，并对这些问题改进创新，这样才能让我公司在市场中站稳脚步，从而也促进整个行业的健康发展。
