【摘 要】矿产资源是自然资源的重要组成部分，是人类社会发展的重要物质基础。在新的形势下，积极稳妥地推进地质工作改革，加强地质勘查工作，既是社会主义市场经济的基本要求，也是建立有中国特色地质矿产勘查工作新体制的必然，必须予以高度重视。本文主要围绕我国现阶段地质矿产勘查工作的相关问题展开论述。

【Abstract】Mineral resources are an important part of natural resources， is an important material basis of human social development. Under the new situation， actively and steadily push forward the reform of geological work to strengthen the geological exploration work， both the basic requirements of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics， but also the inevitable establishment of Geology and Mineral Exploration work in the new system must be highly valued. This paper mainly focus on issues related to the present stage of Geology and Mineral Exploration work to start on.

进入市场经济以来，我国矿产勘查业发生了根本性的转变，然而这样的转变并没有完全适应市场经济体制。要使矿产勘查与社会市场经济相适应，就必须从矿产地质勘查投资运行机制现状着手，分析矿产地质勘查投资运行机制的合理性，并根据我国矿产地质勘查存在的问题和相关法律法规，做出合理的地质勘查运行机制规划。

1. 我国地质矿产勘查工作存在的问题

1.1 国家对地质矿产勘查项目资金投入不够。

新中国成立以来，在广大老一辈地质工作者的不懈努力下，我国的地质矿产勘查工作起得了举世瞩目的成就，打破了西方学界所谓中国是个资源贫乏国家的论断，为我国社会主义初级阶段的经济建设提供了丰富的资源保障。但是，近年来我国的矿产储量的年增长率日趋缓慢，多数金属矿产增长甚微，危机矿山越来越多，目前地质矿产勘查的技术难度也在不断的加大，国家对地质矿产勘查资金的投入已不能完全适应当前地质矿产勘查形势的需要。……
