【摘 要】我国为了满足人们日益增长的电力应用需求，加大了对于电力相关工程的施工建设，电力工程施工具有其自身不同于其他工程建设的质量控制难点问题，施工单位对于其质量管理的工作极为重视。本文是以电力工程建设施工所需要的质量管理为切入点，通过分析其质量管理工作的独有特点，着重地探讨了提升管理效率的相关策略，希望能够为电力施工单位提供必要帮助。

Analysis on the Strategy of Improving the Efficiency of Construction Quality Management in Electric Power Engineering

【Abstract】In order to meet the growing demand for electric power applications， China has increased the construction of electric power related projects， power engineering construction has its own different from other construction quality control problems， the construction unit for its quality management work is extremely important. This paper is based on the quality management needed in the construction of electric power construction. Through analyzing the unique characteristics of its quality management work， this paper discusses the relevant strategies to improve the management efficiency， hoping to provide the necessary help for the electric power construction unit.

電力工程是我国各项工程施工建设中较为复杂的施工项目，其施工管理工作不仅从施工人员、材料、设备、方式、环境等方面较普通工程施工更为复杂，还具有其自身的独特性，而且任何一个方面的问题出现都会造成高于其他工程在相同环境下所受到的损失。电力工程的施工在国家方面以及施工单位方面都是较为关注的，其施工管理工作一直作为建设的重点以及焦点存在。而本文出于为电力工程的管理人员提供经验借鉴的目的，着重谈论了电力工程的相关施工质量管理问题，并围绕着其管理工作的独特性以及提升其管理效率的策略这样两个方面对此问题进行了详细地探讨。

1. 电力工程的施工质量管理所具有的独特性分析

1.1 首先，施工五要素方面：

（1）人员：电力工程的施工不仅要求施工人员具备良好的施工工作技能与经验，还要求其必须具备必要的电工专业知识，而且不同的工程对于施工人员素质的要求还有较大的差异。……
