[摘要]目的 探讨综合护理干预对ICU呼吸衰竭患者心理狀态的影响。方法 选取2016年12月～2017年12月我院收治的100例呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象，按照应用数字表抽取法将其分为对照组（50例）和观察组（50例）。对照组采取重症内科常规基础护理干预方法，观察组采取综合护理干预的方法，比较两组治疗依从性及心理状况。结果 观察组的依从性高于对照组，心理状况评分低于对照组，差异有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论 ICU呼吸衰竭患者采取综合护理干预可提高患者依从性，改善心理状况，具有重要的应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the psychological state of patients with ICU respiratory failure. Methods A total of 100 patients with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into control group （50 cases） and observation group （50 cases） according to the application of digital table extraction method. The control group took the routine basic nursing intervention method， and the observation group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention method， the treatment compliance rate and psychological status of the two groups were compared. Results The compliance rate of patients of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， and the psychological status score was lower than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with ICU respiratory failure can improve patient compliance and improve psychological status， and has important application value.

随着现代医学科技的迅速发展，各医院、科室的护理模式也在不断的发展，从治疗疾病的征候到逐渐发展为治疗患者疾病的征候和调护患者的心理健康并重的护理模式。ICU呼吸衰竭患者病情危重，常有不安、焦虑、紧张、抑郁、恐惧等负面情绪，对护理质量有更高的要求。本研究选取相关病例作为研究对象，应用综合护理干预方案实施，效果较突出，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2016年12月～2017年12月我院ICU收治的100例呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象，按照应用数字表抽取法分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例。观察组中，男28例，女22例;年龄62～80岁，平均（71.9±8.2）岁。对照组中，男26例，女24例;年龄61～81岁，平均（70.2±8.6）岁。两组的一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2纳入与排除标准

纳入标准：患者有良好的精神状态且有一定认知能力，自愿签署知情同意书，并经我院医学伦理委员会批准;患者的临床资料完整。排……
