Abstract The ideological and political education in Colleges and universities should have the idea of development and scientific development. According to the content of Ideological and political education of college students in the new era and the current background of double-creation， it is necessary to cultivate the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit of college students to meet the needs of the new era of rapid development and to implement the strategy of "rejuvenating the country through science and education". Needs to explore and establish lofty ideals and beliefs to enhance college students' awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship， to guide the cultivation of college students' innovative and entrepreneurship beliefs by using professional spirit， to lead the spirit of arduous struggle of innovation and Entrepreneurship with the spirit of craftsmen and model workers， and to attach importance to psychological guidance in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship， so as to effectively strengthen college students in innovation and entrepreneurship are integrated into the task of Ideological and political education.

習近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指出：“世界每时每刻都在发生变化，中国也每时每刻都在发生变化，我们必须在理论上跟上时代，不断认识规律，不断推进理论创新、实践创新、制度创新、文化创新以及其他各方面创新”。总目标不仅要求思想政治教育工作要有发展，而且是科学发展，要根据新时代创新大学生思想政治教育的内容，结合目前双创的时代背景，企业的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争，企业的发展也是创新创业推动的结果，培育大学生创新创业精神是我们国家当前时代背景的需要，也是创新型国家建设和“科教兴国”落实落地的需要，研究和探索大学生创新创业精神融入思想政治教育的工作任务尤为必要。

1 新时代大学生创新创业精神的内涵

大学生的创新创业精神包括双创意识激发、信念培养、奋斗精神、心理疏导等方面。要通过各种手段激发大学生创新创业的意识，只有敢于创新的大学生才能迈出成功的第一步，帮助大学生具备创新创业意识是必备素质;创新创业信念培养是要求在创新创业过程中要有坚定成功的信念，是创新创业开展的动力源泉，是克服困难和挫折的必备武器;创新创业思维拓展是双创成功关键，是标新立异、与众不同的创业技巧;创新创业心理疏导是双创成功保障，创新创业是一个艰难和曲折的过程，没有良好的心理状态和情绪疏导方法，在充满竞争的社会中创业是不可能完成的任务。……
