【摘要】 目的：对中药穴位贴敷在小儿肺炎喘嗽治疗中的临床效果予以探讨。方法：随机选取2017年6月-2018年3月收治的小儿肺炎喘嗽患者106例，将其随机均分为对照组（常规西医治疗）与观察组（常规西医治疗联合中药穴位贴敷治疗）。结果：观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，临床症状消退时间短于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，各项指标组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：将中药穴位贴敷应用于小儿肺炎喘嗽的治疗中，能够有效提升临床疗效，缩短临床症状消退时间，降低不良反应发生率，值得在临床应用中推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile pneumonia and asthma.Method：A total of 106 children with pneumonia and wheeze from June 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group（conventional western medicine treatment） and observation group （conventional western medicine treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking treatment）.Result：The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the time for clinical symptoms to subside was shorter than that of the control group，the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group，and the differences were statistical significant in the comparison among the various index groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in the treatment of infantile pneumonia and asthma can effectively improve the clinical curative effect，shorten the time for clinical symptoms to subside and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions，which is worthy of promotion in clinical application.

臨床上小儿肺炎喘嗽主要表现为鼻煽、气急、咳嗽、发热等症状，若是不能及时予以有效的治疗，严重时会导致患儿死亡，临床上最为常用的治疗方法就是西医治疗，通过口服或者静脉的方式给药，这种治疗方法虽然能够在在短期内取得成效，但是抗生素的广泛应用容易导致多重耐药菌产生，会影响到后期的疗效，在此基础上探究更为有效的治疗方法就显得非常必要，近年来除了西医治疗的相关研究之外，关于中医治疗在小儿肺炎喘嗽治疗中的研究也在不断深入[1]。鉴于此，本文就主要对中药穴位贴敷在小儿肺炎喘嗽治疗中的应用效果予以探讨，现将结果报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机选取2017年6月-2018年3月收治的小儿肺炎喘嗽患者106例，纳入标准：满足关于小儿肺炎喘嗽诊断标准的患儿。排除标准：合并消耗性疾病的患儿;合并严重营养不良的患儿;合并心力衰竭、呼吸衰竭等疾病的患儿[2]。……
