【摘要】 目的：研究医护合作-快速康复模式在经输尿管镜碎石手术中的临床应用及效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2018年4月-2019年3月收治的输尿管结石患者80例为研究对象，随机分为研究组（医护合作-快速康复模式）与对照组（传统治疗），各40例，比较临床指标、生活质量、疼痛评分及并发症发生情况。结果：研究组手术时间、结石排出时间与住院时间均较对照组短，住院费用较对照组低，生活质量较对照组高，术后10、24 h的疼痛评分均较对照组低，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组并发症发生率（10.00%）低于对照组（27.50%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对输尿管结石患者采用输尿管镜碎石术治疗期间应用医護合作-快速康复模式能缩短手术时间及住院时间，提高结石清除率，减少住院费用，缓解疼痛感且提高生活质量，减少并发症发生，安全性高，值得借鉴。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical application and effect of the mode of medical cooperation and rapid recovery in transureteroscopic lithotripsy.Method：80 cases of ureteral calculi patients admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into study group（medical cooperation-rapid recovery mode） and control group （traditional treatment） with 40 cases each.The clinical indicators，quality of life，pain scores and complications were compared.Result：The operation time，stone discharge time and hospitalization days of the study group were shorter than those of the control group，the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group，and the quality of life was higher than that of the control group，the pain scores of 10 and 24 hours after operation were lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The incidence of complications in the study group（10.00%） was lower than that in the control group（27.50%），the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：During ureteroscopic lithotripsy for patients with ureteral calculi，the application of the medical cooperation-rapid rehabilitation model can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time，improve the stone clearance rate，reduce the hospitalization cost，relieve the pain and improve the quality of life，reduce the occurrence of complications，and have high safety，which is worthy of reference.

输尿管结石是临床常见的泌尿外科疾病，发病率高，若不能及时治疗容易造成肾功能损伤。临床采用输尿管镜碎石手术治疗该病，具有创伤性小、适用范围广与手术时间短等优势，疗效确切，但围术期受患者心理因素等影响，导致依从性差，因此快速康复模式很重要，可改善病情预后，便于达到快速治愈目的[1]。为分析医护合作-快速康复模式在经输尿管镜钬激光碎石手术中的临床应用及效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2018年4月-2019年3月笔者所在医院收治的输尿管结石患者80例，纳入标准：经检查符合输尿管结石的诊断标准[2];所有患者均实施输尿管镜钬激光碎石手术;采用CT检查显示单一结石，位于输尿管中下段;结石直径6～12 mm;肾积液中量及以下且输尿管无畸形，泌尿系未见肿瘤;术前尿常规白细胞阴性;肾功能正常。……
