【摘 要】本文通过分析水面舰艇的训练现状，从军事训练要求与系统能力特点两个角度出发，提出编队海上训练信息系统建设需求。为适应新形势下军事作战要求，训练系统应满足编队海上训练虚实结合、作战环境精准构设、作战行动模型精确仿真、蓝军智能化模拟与训练系统互联互通等要求。最后，从导调控制、作战仿真、嵌入式模拟、训练监控与数据采集和裁决评估分析了系统的功能需求。

Requirement Analysis of Warship Formation Training Information System

【Abstract】Based on the analysis of the training status of surface warships and from the perspective of military training and system capability， this paper puts forward the construction requirements of formation training information system at sea. In order to meet the requirements of military operations under the new situation， the training system should meet the requirements of combination of virtual and real training at sea， precise construction of operational environment， precise simulation of operational model， Blue Force intelligent simulation， and interconnection and interoperability of and different training systems. Finally， the functions of the system are analyzed from command and control， combat simulation， embedded simulation training， training monitoring and data acquisition and judgment evaluation.

0 引言

随着作战样式的不断变革，武器装备的不断发展及新型技术作战中的广泛应用，军事模拟训练向着信息化、一体化、实战化的方向发展。为适应新时期军事变革需要，满足未来海上作战要求，海上训练系统必须面向信息化条件下水面舰艇部队担任的作战任务，构建新形勢下海战场全维战场环境，形成集综合导调控制、智能仿真模型、全程数据采集、智能裁决及准确评估等功能为一体的训练综合支持能力，提高编队指挥人员作战谋略水平与组织指挥能力、参谋人员控制与协调部队能力及其他作战人员编队协同作战中岗位实战能力。

1 水面舰艇训练现状

水面舰艇现有的训练模式主要有以下三种方式：岸上训练、驻泊训练和航行训练[1]。
