摘要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展，人民生活水平不断提高，但以牺牲环境为代价发展经济所带来的环境问题越来越严重。为了加强对生态环境全面的保护工作，我国对水环境进行监测，并制定其改善措施，以提高水环境质量。但目前我国水环境监测系统还不完善，需要通过有效措施加强监测工作，以保障我国水资源安全。因此，本文先对我国水环境监测中存在的问题做了探究，再对其解决策略做了分析，希望能够对有关水监测行业的工作者提供借鉴。

Abstract：With the rapid development of Chinas social economy and the continuous improvement of peoples living standards， the problem of developing the economy at the expense of the environment is becoming more and more serious. In order to strengthen the comprehensive protection of the ecological environment， China has monitored the water environment and formulated improvement measures to improve the quality of the water environment. However， Chinas water environment monitoring system is still not perfect， and it is necessary to strengthen monitoring through effective measures to ensure Chinas water resources security. Therefore， this paper first explores the problems existing in Chinas water environment monitoring， and then analyzes its solution strategies， hoping to provide reference for the relevant water monitoring industry workers.

如今，我国工业发展迅猛，但随之而来的环境污染程度也逐渐扩大，出现了许多恶劣天气，如雾霾、酸雨等。尤其是水环境污染，水环境的污染加剧不仅仅影响居民的生活质量，还阻碍了我国社会经济的发展，破坏了人们赖以生存的生态环境。水环境监测是结合物理、化学、生物等有关知识和技术，对降水、地表水、地下水质量进行监测，并分析鉴定其水质环境。通过水质环境分析数据，不断改善我国水环境质量，保障我国水环境的健康发展，在促进经济发展的同时，保护生态环境。

1 我国水环境监测中存在的问题

1.1 水环境监测系统不完善

我国地大物博，人口众多，水资源丰富。但我国环境监测系统还不完善，监测标准不统一，水质数据多种多样，这也导致水环境预警要求中存在漏洞，工业污水量排放标准不统一，使我国水环境监测工作难度加大。……
