【摘 要】有色金属冶金工业是我国国民经济的支柱，取得了突飞猛进的发展，但人们在其发展过程中盲目追求质量的提高而忽视了生态问题，大量工业废弃物，如金属废液、废渣得不到回收处理、循环利用，造成了严重的环境污染。基于此，为加强环境保护、实现可持续发展，各领域必须高度重视环保工作，论文针对有色金属冶金工业中环保工作的重要性进行了分析。

【Abstract】Nonferrous metallurgical industry is the pillar of China's national economy and has made a rapid development. However， people blindly pursue the improvement of quality while ignoring the ecological problems in its development process. A large number of industrial wastes， such as metal waste liquor and waste residue， can not be recycled and processed， resulting in serious environmental pollution. Based on this， in order to strengthen environmental protection and achieve sustainable development， all fields must attach great importance to environmental protection work. This paper analyzes the importance of environmental protection work in non-ferrous metallurgical industry.

1 治金工程中环保工作开展的必要性分析

由于有色金属冶金工业的发展是建立在牺牲环境为代价的基础上的，工业发展过程中的污染问题也逐步暴露，其资源成本及对环境造成的不良影响不可估量且呈现逐步提高的趋势。基于这种情况，有色金属冶金工业的发展必须将环境保护和冶金工业的发展相结合，不能走先污染后治理的老路。环境保护和工业发展是相辅相成的，在当前形势下要认清冶金工业发展和环境保护之间的关系，加强环境保护是保障冶金工业发展的前提，是冶金工业的必然之路，而冶金工业的发展又为保护环境提供先进的技术支持，生产实践能够检验、优化环保政策和制度，促进环保工作有序、全面的开展。冶金工业发展的一个重要途径就是探究发展中的环保问题，将企业的发展战略付诸于展开环保工作的过程中，在保护环境的同时也有利于企业战略的实施，从而及时优化冶金工业的发展进程。……
