【摘 要】构建德智体全面发展的培养体系和教育体系是我国教育一直努力的一个方向，全面发展培养体系的构建有利于促进学生的德智体美劳综合发展，促进素质教育的深化，改变原有的应试教育状态，为社会提供更加有用的人才。论文主要针对我国基础教育阶段德智体全面发展培养体系的构建进行探讨，指出全面发展体系构建的具体注意事项，希望能够提升我国基础教育水平，使得学生能够获得更加全面与人性化的教育，提高整体教育质量。

【Abstract】Constructing the training system and education system of all-round development of morality， intelligence and physique is a direction that China's education has been striving for. The construction of all-round development training system is conducive to promoting students' comprehensive development of morality， intelligence， physique， beauty and labor， promoting the deepening of quality education， changing the original examination-oriented education status， and providing more useful talents for the society. This paper mainly discusses the construction of the cultivation system for the all-round development of morality， intelligence and physique in the stage of basic education in China， and points out the specific points for attention in the construction of the system. It is hoped that the level of basic education in China can be improved， so that students can obtain more comprehensive and humanized education and improve the overall quality of education.

1 引言

习近平总书记在全国教育大会上提出了构建德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系，包括构建教育大体系和教育大目标两项重要内容，该理念的提出具有深远的战略意义和现实意义，有利于我国教育摆脱应试教育的枷锁，使得教育资源更加丰富，教育方法更有针对性，从而促进学生的全面发展与全面提升。

2 构建基础教育阶段德智体全面发展培养体系的方法

2.1 以理念先行作为基础

根据我国的国家性质和教育目的，我国教育主要是为了培养社会主义建设的接班人，因此，在进行人才培养与教育的过程中，要依托于教育的根本任务作为指导，采取合理的教学方法和教学内容，促进学生的全面提升，使学生能够充分掌握社会主义建设与发展的必备技能，促进社会的可持续发展。……
