【摘 要】在步入21世纪之后，我国经济步入了快速发展通道，但同时由于过度追求经济发展引起的环境污染加重问题也变得越来越明显，而人们也为此付出了巨大代价。环境保护已经成为当前人类社会发展当中的重大问题。经济发展不容忽视，同时还需要做好环境保护的工作，那么二者究竟应该如何兼顾，促进经济发展和环境保护的彼此协调成为了当前的研究重点。论文着重论述经济发展与环境保护的关系以及如何对二者进行有效协调，实现国家各项事业的可持续性发展。

【Abstract】After entering the 21st century， China's economy has stepped into the path of rapid development， but at the same time， the environmental pollution problem caused by excessive pursuit of economic development has become more and more obvious， and people have paid a huge price for it. Environmental protection has become a major problem in the development of human society. Economic development should not be ignored， and environmental protection should be done well at the same time. Therefore， how to give consideration to the two and promote the coordination between economic development and environmental protection has become the focus of current research.This paper mainly discusses  the relationship between economic development and environmental protection and how to coordinate them effectively to achieve sustainable development of national undertakings.

1 引言

伴随着国民经济的快速发展，和经济发展存在密切关联的环境问题开始得到人们的高度重视，也促使人们思考应该如何对经济发展和环境保护进行统筹和协调。环境污染以及生态破坏等诸多问题的存在，不仅危害到广大人民群众的生命健康安全，还成为了经济建设以及和谐稳定社会建设的制约性因素。所以要发展经济，不能以牺牲环境为代价，需要促进经济发展和环境保护协同共进，只有这样才能够符合科学发展观，促使我国各项产业走可持续性发展道路。

2 经济发展与环境保护的关系

经济发展与环境保护之间有着不可分割的关联，可以用辩证统一法对二者关系进行说明。一方面，经济发展和环境保护是彼此制约的。经济建设的推进实施会受到资源、环境等因素的限制，而环境也会受经济发展的影响。……
