【摘 要】铁路出行作为人们出行的主要方式之一，其运行的安全性和稳定性直接影响人们的出行感受和生命安全。在列车正常运行的过程中，受到列车运行时速、流量变化、运行制度等各种因素的影响，列车有时会出现运营故障，影响行车安全，所以必须要加强列车运营过程中的行车组织，维持行车组织高效、安全的运行，优化行车路线，降低突发事件对铁路运营的影响。

【Abstract】As one of the main transportation means for people to travel， the safety and stability of railway operation directly affect people's travel feelings and life safety. During the normal operation of the train， it is affected by various factors， such as train speed， flow change， operation system and so on， trains sometimes have operational failures， which affect the traffic safety. Therefore， it is necessary to strengthen the train operation organization in the process of train operation， maintain the efficient and safe operation of the train operation organization， optimize the train route， and reduce the impact of emergencies on railway operation.

1 引言

在铁路运营过程中，受到各种因素的影响容易出现一些故障问题，影响列车运行的安全性和稳定性，很多不可控的和不可预知的因素都会影响列车的正常运行，因此，必须要加强对铁路运行故障的研究，具体问题具体分析，优化列车工作流程和调度方案，保证乘客的生命财产安全。

2 列车运营故障产生的主要原因

2.1 行车设备故障

正常行驶的列车由于行车设备的原因会发生一些故障，比如列车电力设施出现问题、信号缺失以及列车本身的运营故障等，这些都会影响列车运行的安全性，此外，在列车正常向目的地行驶的过程中，受到突发事件的影响停止前进也会降低列车的准点率和运营效率。

2.2 恶劣天气

列车在正常行驶的过程中，还容易受到恶劣天气的影响导致列车出现系统故障，不同种类的恶劣天气对列车造成的影响是不同的，通常情况下，台风天气会给列车整体带来致命性的伤害，车辆会出现大面积的坍塌甚至弯曲，引起严重后果。……
