摘  要：本文采用文献资料法、数据分析法、逻辑分析法等多种研究方法，对全民健身战略下广东省体育产业的发展及“复合型”人才培养模式进行了深入研究。研究表明在全民健身战略下的广东省体育产业发展，势必造成对“复合型”人才的大量需求，加强高校的“复合型”人才培养，优化专业机构，加强国际交流，鼓励体育专业人士跨界跨领域发展，引进优秀国外体育产业人才支持我省的体育产业建设与发展，建立体育产业人才数据平台，根据差异化，加强区域交流从而带动我省体育产业的发展。

Abstract：This paper uses literature research， data analysis， logic analysis and other research methods to conduct in-depth research on the development of sports industry in Guangdong under the national fitness strategy and the "complex" talent training model. The research shows that the development of sports industry in Guangdong under the national fitness strategy will inevitably lead to a large demand for "composite" talents， strengthen the "complex" talent training of colleges and universities， optimize professional institutions， strengthen international exchanges， and encourage sports professionals to cross Inter-disciplinary development， the introduction of outstanding foreign sports industry talents to support the construction and development of sports industry in our province， the establishment of sports industry talent data platform， according to differentiation， strengthen regional exchanges to promote the development of sports industry in our province.

2014年，《國务院关于加快发展体育产业，促进体育消费的若干意见》指出：营造重视体育、支持体育、参与体育的社会氛围，将全民健身上升为国家战略，把体育产业作为绿色产业、朝阳产业培育扶持，破除行业壁垒、扫清政策障碍，形成有利于体育产业快速发展的政策体系[1]。2016年，国务院印发的《全民健身计划（2016—2020年）》也明确指出：到2020年，体育消费总规模达到1.5万亿元，全民健身成为促进体育产业发展、拉动内需和形成新的经济增长点的动力源，为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦奠定坚实基础[2]。在全民健身的战略背景下，人民群众日益增长的体育多元化，个性化的需求给体育产业发展来来新的机遇，为体育管理、体育竞赛表演、体育健身休闲、体育培训与教育、体育传媒与信息、其他与体育相关的服务等各方面发展带来了新的契机，政策的落实与市场的需求促进了一系列的变革。……
