【摘 要】科技型中小企业是我国技术创新领域的重要组成部分，具有自身的特性，在不同的发展阶段会面临不同的资金需求，其融资途径和其他传统型的中小企业不同。论文就科技型中小企业融资途径，从多方面给予策略探讨，以更好地为科技型中小企业解决资金短缺、融资困难提供指导方法。

【Abstract】The small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises is an important part of China's technological innovation field， which has its own characteristics. It will face different capital needs at different stages of development， and its financing channels are different from other traditional SMEs. The paper probes into the financing ways of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises from many aspects， so as to better provide guidance for small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises to solve the shortage of funds and financing difficulties.

1 引言

企业作为一个社会经济组织，也是一个生命有机体，自然也有由盛到衰、由生到亡的过程。科技型中小企业的发展内涵中既有自身的发展特性，也存在一般企业发展的共性规律，即发展初期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期。对于科技型中小企业来说，除了具备一般企业的生命周期特性外，更主要的是技术研发和突破的过程，人们将其称为种子期。结合科技型中小企业在各个阶段的特性，我们立足融资问题展开剖析，并就科技型中小企业如何实现良好融资展开讨论。

2 科技型中小企业不同发展阶段资金需求及发展风险

2.1 种子期

科技型中小企业处于种子期的阶段，没有正式的科研产品，还停留在一个产品设想的阶段。创业者在这个阶段对科研项目开展反复性实验与论证，所有资金的投入主要集中在产品的研发与样品试制方面[1]。处于种子期的科技型中小企业，发展规模较小，在企业科研产品产业化的生产之前，需要对市场展开可行性分析和研究。……
