【摘 要】医用直线加速器是一种大型的医疗设备，其主要应用在肿瘤放射治疗中，并且，该医疗设备较为复杂，在使用过程中容易出现故障。因此，应该对其及时进行检修，做好日常维修及维护工作，才能减少设备故障发生率，确保设备正常使用，延长设备的使用寿命。论文主要对直线加速器的故障进行分析，并且在此基础上对直线加速器维修方法以及保养措施进行分析，以确保直线加速器工作性能，进一步提高我国医疗服务水平。

【Abstract】 Medical linear accelerator is a kind of large-scale medical equipment， which is mainly applied in tumor radiotherapy， and the medical equipment is more complicated and easy to malfunction in the using process， so it should be overhauled in time. Only by doing well the daily repair and maintenance work of it can the occurrence rate of equipment failure be reduced， the normal use of equipment be ensured and the service life of equipment be prolonged. This paper mainly analyzes the faults of the linear accelerator， and on this basis， it analyzes the repairing methods and maintenance measures of the linear accelerator， so as to ensure the work performance of the linear accelerator and further improve the level of medical services in China.

1 引言

医用直线加速器是一种复杂、精密的大型医疗设备，在应用中取得了良好的效果。在实际应用中容易出现故障，并且由于其涉及的学科较为广泛，较为复杂，维修人员必须掌握一定的专业知识，并且还需要具备较高的能力水平，才能更好地对其进行维修。直线加速器出现故障的频率较高，如果在治疗中出现故障，就会对患者造成较大影响，因此，应该积极做好直线加速器检修维护工作，保证设备的正常运行。电子直线加速器利用具有一定能量的高能电子与大功率微波的微波电场相互作用，从而获得更高的能量。这时电子的速度增加不大，主要是其质量不断变大。电子直接引出，可作电子线治疗。根据电子与微波电场的作用方式不同，电子直线加速器分为行波加速器和驻波加速器。一个最简单的电子直线加速器至少要包括一个加速场所，一个大功率微波源和波导系统，控制系统，射线均整和防护系统。……
