摘  要： 通过对CNKI中国学术期刊论文投稿平台栏目设置的调查，对其检索功能、投稿与写作指导、比刊选刊等功能进行深入分析。CNKI中国学术期刊论文投稿平台对投稿信息栏目的设置较为合理，功能较为强大，能充分满足投稿作者的需求，但平台存在数据不全、数据更新不及时、宣传不到位等不利于作者利用平台进行投稿的情况，建议平台在更新栏目内容、更新栏目数据、加强平台宣传、搭建投稿交流互动咨询栏目等方面继续完善平台功能。

Abstract： By investigating the column settings of CNKI's contribution submission platform for Chinese academic journal， this paper makes an in-depth analysis of its retrieval function， contribution and writing guidance， journal selection by comparison and other functions. CNKI's contribution submission platform for Chinese academic journal has set up reasonable and powerful functions for contribution submission information columns， which can fully meet the needs of contributors. However， some problems are existed in the platform， such as the data is incomplete and not updated timely， and the publicity is not in place and so on， which are not conducive to authors to use the platform for contribution submission. It is suggested that the platform functions should be improved in updating column content， updating column data， strengthening platform publicity， and building interactive consultation column for exchanging contribution submission information.

0 引言

科研工作者发表学术论文数量的多少和质量的高低，一直是衡量其学术水平与地位的重要指标。而科研工作者在年度考核、聘期考核、职称晋升、岗位聘任以及博硕士毕业需求等方面都有发表学术论文的硬性指标。一些科研单位不仅要求发表学术论文的数量，而且对所发表文章的刊物级别也有具体的要求。如何从海量的刊物中挑选出合适自己的刊物发表，如何让影响力大、质量高的学术期刊录用自己的文章，如何把自己的学术论文尽快发表出来，是每个需要发表学术论文的科研工作者普遍关心的问题。

当前科研工作者一般通过查阅传统的纸质期刊、百度搜索、期刊数据库检索、网络百科搜索、各高校图书馆投稿指南类信息库等获得投稿信息[1]。这些途径获得的投稿信息一般只是刊物的基本信息、投稿地址等简单信息。……
