摘 要：针对YP-970系列婴儿培养箱的预防性维护，做了简单的论述，提出了预防性维护的策略，共享给相关人员参考。从预防性维护实际来说，通过对各类元件和装置等的运行状态进行检查，了解其实际情况，针对存在轻微问题的元件和装置，采取相应的处理，进而保障YP-970系列婴儿培养箱的使用性能和效果，有重要的意义。现结合具体研究进行如下分析。

Abstract： In this paper， the preventive maintenance of YP-970 series infant incubator is briefly discussed， and the strategy of preventive maintenance is put forward， which can be used as a reference for the relevant personnel. From the practical point of view of preventive maintenance， through the inspection of the operating state of all kinds of components and devices， we can understand the actual situation， and take corresponding measures to deal with the components and devices with minor problems. It is of great significance to ensure the performance and effect of YP-970 series infant incubator. Based on the specific research， the following analysis is carried out.

引言

嬰儿培养箱由恒温罩、控制柜及箱柜及光疗灯箱（附件）、光疗灯盒（附件）组成。婴儿培养箱控制系统采用计算机技术对箱内温度（箱温/肤温）实施伺服控制，根据设置温度与实测温度进行比例加热控制。内部空气采用热对流原理进行调节，营造一个空气适宜、温湿度适宜、温暖舒适、类似母体子宫的优良环境，从而对婴儿进行培养和护理。婴儿培养箱具有传感器、超温、风机、偏差、电源中断等故障自动报警功能，其中，极具特色的传感器放置位置不正确和风机低转速自动报警功能，使产品的安全性和可靠性大大得以提高。基于此，被积极推广应用。

1 婴儿培养箱的结构

从结构的角度来说主要如下：（1）婴儿舱；（2）温度控制模块系统；（3）黄疸治疗装置；（4）氧浓度控制模块系统。图1为YP-970系列婴儿培养箱。

YP-970系列婴儿培养箱的主要构成如下：（1）输液架。其作为主要支承件，主要用于悬挂输液瓶，承载的重量最大值为2kg。（2）控制仪。控制仪作为YP-970系列婴儿培养箱的核心部件，主要温度控制模式包括箱温度控制、皮肤温度控制。……
