摘 要：学习支持服务是在线教育的核心要素，其服务质量直接关系到学习者的学习效果和在线教育发展。通过文献研究法，深入研究大数据背景下学习支持服务新的内涵和特征，构建了大数据环境下以学习者为中心的学习支持服务体系。该体系可为学习支持服务设计提供参考，为改善在线教育学习支持服务质量提供新的路径，促进在线教育发展。

Abstract：Learning support service is the core element of online education. The quality of service is directly related to the learning effect of learners and the development of online education. To explore the important role of education data in learning support services， we provide a new path for improving the quality of online education learning support services. Through literature research， an in-depth study of the new connotation and new features of learning support services in the context of big data is conducted， and a learning-centered learning support service system contructed under the big data environment. This system provides is conducted reference for the design of learning support service of online education learning platform， thus is promoted the development of online education.

0 引言

20世紀80年代，丁兴富教授[1]将学习支持服务概念引入我国。1998年教育部启动了现代远程教育试点项目，把学习支持服务作为远程教育系统运行的4大要素之一。2012年以前，学习支持服务的研究主体是广播电视教育和远程学习支持服务。随着新兴技术在教育领域的应用，在线教育、终身教育的研究逐渐增多，学习支持服务不再仅局限于远程教育，开始涉及在线教育领域。

孙洪涛和郑勤华教授[2]对慕课调查研究发现，学习支持服务集中在课程资源，忽视了课程评价、课程交互、课程技能方面的支持，间接导致了慕课注册率高但辍学率也高的问题。如今在线教育已普及，云计算、大数据、人工智能等新兴技术在教育界得到创新应用，变革了学习方式。这要求学习支持服务与时俱进，切实关注学习效果。本研究以大数据为切入点，论述在线教育领域学习支持服务新的内涵和特征，构建学习支持服务体系，以期为相关研究与实践提供参考。……
