【摘 要】培育学生的工匠精神是当前技工院校教育工作者的新使命，班主任作为学生日常管理的直接参与者，需要始终把工匠精神教育贯穿于日常班级管理中，本文基于班主任视角，分别在引导学生树立技能成才观、帮助学生体认专业成就感、营造班级的工匠文化氛围等方面，阐述了技工院校班主任在培育学生“工匠精神”方面可操作性较强的具体策略。

【Abstract】Cultivating students spirit of craftsman is the new mission of educators in technical colleges and universities at present. As a direct participant in students'daily management， the head teacher should always carry out the spiritual education of craftsmen in the daily class management.Based on the view of the head teacher，this paper guides students to set up the concept of skill accomplishment， to help students realize the sense of professional accomplishment，and to create the cultural atmosphere of craftsmen in the class，and so on.This paper expounds the practical strategy of cultivating studentscraftsmanship spirit by head teachers in technical colleges.

目前，我国产业结构处于转型升级的关键时期，企业需要大量高素质技能人才，技工学校作为职业教育的重要阵地，在技能人才的培养和输送上起到了不可或缺的作用。如何在技工教育蓬勃发展的大形势下，培养锻造出既具有一流专业技术，又具有工匠精神素养的高技能人才，成为当前技工教育工作者的新课题。所谓工匠精神，就是工匠对所生产产品精益求精、追求完美极致、视技术为艺术的精神理念，是一种对职业充满敬畏，对工作执着专注、对产品精雕细琢、对服务极致完美的价值取向。当前技工院校的班主任需要思考如何在班级管理工作中融入“工匠精神”的教育元素。

1 新形势下培育 “工匠精神”的意义

大国锻造重器，需要借力于“工匠精神”的驱动。培育“工匠精神”，最根本目的在于呼应国家经济转型的号召。制造业是我国经济的主体，是立国之本、强国之基，继续充分发挥技工院校培养技能人才的重要功能，培育一批具备工匠精神职业素养的高技能人才，有助于推动中国制造走向中国精造、中国智造。……
