【摘 要】文化自觉概念的由来源起于费孝通先生就中国人如何保持原有文化认同问题所提出的。而如今，文化全球化及教育国际化的大背景下，各民族文化得以飞速和跨越性发展。但我们应当看到，这种现象的另一面却是对各民族语言文化造成了冲击甚至威胁。尤其，高效英语教育肩负着培养民族文化认同感和维护国家民族传统文化的责任。因此，培养学生对民族文化的认知自觉性成为英语教师的工作重心。

【Abstract】From the source of the concept of cultural consciousness in Fei Xiaotong on Chinese people how to keep the original cultural identity issues now， proposed“Under the background of cultural globalization and education internationalization， the development of national culture is rapid and cross-cutting. But we should see the other side of this phenomenon， which has the impact on language and culture of all ethnic groups is even threatened， especially effective English education is shouldering the national cultural identity and the responsibility of maintaining the national traditional culture. Therefore， cultivating students' understanding of the national culture consciousness becomes the important work for English teachers.

0 引言

中国著名教育家陶行知曾指出“生活、工作、学习倘使都能自动，则教育之收效定能事半功倍。所以我们特别注意自动力之培养，使它关注于全部的生活工作学习之中。自动是自觉的行动，而不是自发的行动。自觉的行动，需要适当的培养而后可以实现。”

1 培养学生文化自觉意识的原因

（1）教育国际化背景下，多元性文化涌入了我国，并推动了我国社会主义的文化繁荣。但如何解决国外有益的思想文化来丰富自己的文化和价值观及自觉意识，不仅对有效传承中国传统文化具有重要作用之外，同时对培养本国文化发展和创新型人才具有极其重大的现实意义。

（2）教育者在实施教育活动过程中，学生是根据其意识、个人需求、个人经验、兴趣爱好、知识及能力水平等等因素来决定教的内容、方法、时间、效果。对于学习者而言，学习活动发生是由自身对知识的需求决定的。……
