[摘要] 夏天无是2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》所收载的一味常用中药，其药用部位为罂粟科植物紫堇属伏生紫堇的干燥块茎。其主要药理活性成分为生物碱类，临床常用于治疗中风偏瘫、头痛、跌扑损伤、腰腿疼痛及风湿痹痛等。本文对近年来夏天无质量评价相关研究进行归纳总结，以期为指导夏天无和同科药材的鉴别及建立科学合理的质量评价标准提供借鉴和参考。本文为进一步保障临床用药的安全性及有效性提供了一定的参考。

[Abstract] The Rhizoma Corydalis decumbentis is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine contained in the Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China in 2015. Its medicinal part is the dried tuber of Coydalis decumbens （Thunb.） Pers.. Its main pharmacological active ingredients are alkaloids， which are commonly used in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia， headache， fall injury， lumbar and leg pain， rheumatism and arthralgia. This paper summarizes the recent studies on quality evaluation of Rhizoma Corydalis decumbentis in order to provide references for guiding the identification of Rhizoma Corydalis decumbentis and other medicinal materials and establishing scientific and reasonable quality evaluation criteria. This article provides some references for further ensuring the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.

中藥夏天无为罂粟科植物伏生紫堇Corydalis decumbens（Thunb.） Pers.的干燥块茎[1]，又名伏地延胡索、一粒金丹等，主产于江西、福建、安徽、浙江等省，以江西产质量为佳，其中“余江夏天无”为国家地理标志保护产品[2]。夏天无味苦、微辛，性温，具有活血止痛、舒筋活络、祛风除湿的功效，临床上可用于治疗多种疾病，如高血压、类风湿性关节炎、心律失常、缺血性脑血管病、腰腿疼痛、低度近视等[1，3-4]。目前，以夏天无为主要活性成分的中成药有夏天无注射液、夏天无滴眼液、夏天无胶囊、夏天无片、复方夏天无薄膜衣片等。

夏天无的主要成分为生物碱，总生物碱的含量为2%～3%，主要为苯酞异喹啉类（比枯枯灵、咖若定、紫堇明定、夏无宁碱、夏天无碱丙素、苏元胡碱等）、苄基异喹啉类（夏天无碱、罂粟碱、夏天无碱甲素等）、原小檗碱类（延胡索乙素、巴马汀、四氢药根碱）、原阿片碱类（原阿片碱、隐品碱、别隐品碱）及简单异喹啉类，其中叔胺类生物碱（如延胡索乙素和原阿片碱）在夏天无原药材中的含量约为季铵类生物碱（如黄藤素和盐酸小檗碱）含量的8倍[5]。……
