【摘 要】随着建筑工程业和现代信息技术的不断进步和发展，BIM技术的应用进一步提高了建筑工程的精细化管理水平，提高了整个工程的施工管理质量和效率。随着现代社会的快速发展，中国的经济和科技也在不断完善。越来越多的建设项目，项目的管理变得越来越复杂和复杂。建设项目的管理主要包括项目时间，项目成本，项目安全等方面。为了确保工程项目的管理质量，有必要建立合理的管理机制，以确保管理目标到位。文章在分析BIM技术特点的基础上，又分析了BIM技术在工程管理中的应用。

1. 前言

由于中國经济的快速发展，建设项目管理变得尤为重要。随着软件和互联网技术的发展，BIM技术已开始应用于建筑工程项目的设计，建设，运营和管理。对于建设项目管理，该技术可以在进度，质量，成本，风险，信息等方面发挥积极作用，先进的BIM技术将在项目管理中发挥重要作用。

2. BIM技术以及在建筑工程施工管理中的应用

2.1 BIM技术。

BIM技术，即建筑信息模型，主要是指在建筑工程施工的全过程中利用计算机三维软件工具对各种相关信息数据进行综合采集和分析，并在此基础上建立三维进行模型。它的创建是为了实现工程项目的科学规划，设计和管理，以尽量减少具体施工过程中的“错误，遗漏和短缺”现象。

2.2 BIM技术在建筑工程施工管理中应用特点。
