【摘要】 目的：研究安普贴水胶敷料在预防无创呼吸机患者面部压力性损伤中的应用效果。方法：选择2018年4月-2019年4月笔者所在医院收治的无创呼吸机患者46例，采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组与参照组，各23例。其中参照组采用常规无创呼吸机干预措施，试验组采用安普贴水胶敷料，对比两组患者实际情况。结果：两组干预前后呼吸频率、心率、二氧化碳分压、血氧分压比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;试验组舒适度及满意度评分均高于参照组，试验组面部皮肤压痛、压红、灼热、破溃发生率均低于参照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：无创呼吸机患者治疗期间实施安普贴水胶敷料效果确切。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the application effect of ampoule glue dressing in non-invasive ventilator patients with facial stress injury.Method：A total of 46 patients with non-invasive ventilator in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the reference group by random number table method，with 23 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional noninvasive ventilator，the experimental group was treated with ampoule glue dressing dressing，the actual situation of the two groups was compared.Result：There was no difference in respiratory rate，heart rate，carbon dioxide partial pressure and oxygen partial pressure between the two groups before and after treatment（P>0.05）.The comfort and satisfaction scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the reference group，the incidence of facial tenderness，redness，burning and ulceration of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group，the differences were significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：During the treatment of patients with non-invasive ventilator，the effect of applying ampoule glue dressing is exact.

無创呼吸机是当前危重症患者临床呼吸管理的重要措施，也是改善患者呼吸困难、低氧血症的方式之一，与常规气管插管与有创机械通气相较，无创呼吸机对患者带来的侵入性和损伤性较小，因此在临床中得以广泛应用[1]。但是，在使用无创呼吸机期间，患者受到面罩压迫造成皮肤压力性损伤的比例较高，在一定程度上影响了患者的舒适度[2]，因此，本研究对应用无创呼吸机的患者护理干预方法加以研究，讨论安普贴水胶敷料的应用效果，具体如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
