【摘要】 目的：探讨金玄痔科熏洗散联合自动痔疮套扎术治疗痔疮的临床效果。方法：选取2017年3月-2018年10月笔者所在医院收治的102例痔疮患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法将其分为对照组（n=51）和观察组（n=51）。两组患者均给予自动痔疮套扎术治疗，观察组术后给予金玄痔科熏洗散熏蒸坐浴，对照组术后给予温水熏洗坐浴。比较两组患者疼痛评分、水肿评分及治疗效果。结果：术后第3天，观察组患者疼痛及水肿评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%，显著高于对照组的78.43%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：金玄痔科熏洗散联合自动痔疮套扎术治疗痔疮，能够有效提高治疗效果，减轻患者疼痛，有利于患者康复，从而提高其生活质量，值得临床广泛应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Jinxuan Hemorrhoids Fumigation and Washing Powder combined with automatic hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Method：A total of 102 patients with hemorrhoids admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group（n=51） and the observation group（n=51） according to the random number table method.Patients in the two groups were given automatic hemorrhoid ligation treatment.The observation group was given Jinxuan Hemorrhoids Fumigation and Washing Powder fumigation bath，while the control group was given warm water fumigation bath after operation.The pain score，edema score and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Result：On the 3rd day after operation，the pain and edema scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%，which was significantly higher than 78.43% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Jinxuan Hemorrhoids Fumigation and Washing Powder combined with automatic hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of hemorrhoids can effectively improve the treatment effect，relieve patients pain，and help patients recover，thereby improving their quality of life，which is worthy of wide clinical application.

痔瘡是一种肛肠科常见的疾病，其临床症状主要有疼痛、便血、脱出、排便困难、局部分泌物增多等[1]。据有关资料显示，肛肠疾病的发病率约为60%，而其中痔占约87%;女性发病率较高，为67%，男性发病率为54%。多发于青壮年时期，可随着年龄的增加而加重[2-3]。该类疾病给患者带来极大困扰，严重影响患者生活质量。目前，传统的手术方法会给患者造成较大创伤和痛苦，且术后易感染复发，不利于患者康复[4]。近年来，使用熏洗剂联合自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）治疗痔疮的效果较好，可缩短疗程，减轻患者痛苦，提高治愈率[5]。因此，本文主要探讨金玄痔科熏洗散联合自动痔疮套扎术治疗痔疮的临床效果，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
