【摘要】 目的：分析腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除术患者应用全面优质护理服务的临床价值。方法：选取88例腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除术患者，将其随机分为传统组（43例）、观察组（45例）。传统组采用传统护理服务，观察组在传统组基础上采用全面优质护理服务。比较两组手术情况与术后恢复情况、并发症发生情况。结果：观察组手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间均短于传统组，手术失血量少于传统组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组并发症发生率低于传统组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除术患者应用全面优质护理服务可缩短手术时间，加快恢复速度，减少手术失血量，降低并发症发生率。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical value of comprehensive quality nursing service in patients undergoing laparoscopic extensive hysterectomy.Method：A total of 88 patients underwent laparoscopic extensive hysterectomy were selected and randomly divided into the traditional group（43 cases） and the observation group（45 cases）.The traditional group adopted the traditional nursing service，and the observation group adopted the comprehensive quality nursing service on the basis of the traditional group.The operation situation，postoperative recovery and complications were compared between the two groups.Result：The operation time，postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the traditional group，and the operation blood loss was less than that of the traditional group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the traditional group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The use of comprehensive quality nursing service in patients undergoing laparoscopic extensive hysterectomy can shorten the operation time，speed up recovery，reduce blood loss and reduce the incidence of complications.

腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除术在子宫附件病变、子宫出血及子宫恶性肿瘤的治疗中均有广泛应用，相较于开腹手术，具有切口小、出血量少、恢复耗时短等优势[1-2]。但由于行该手术的患者通常具有病情严重、负性情绪明显等特征，术后恢复速度慢，对手术与护理配合要求较高[3]。全面优质护理服务为新型护理措施，通过全面落实护理责任制，深化护理专业内涵，以患者为中心，规范医疗行为，保障其躯体、心理舒适[4]。本研究旨在探讨全面优质护理服务在腹腔鏡下广泛子宫切除术患者中的干预效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

从2017年2月-2019年2月在笔者所在医院行腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除术的患者中抽取88例为研究对象，纳入标准：符合《中西医临床妇科学》中相关诊断标准[5];经影像学检查或病理检查证实;精神正常。排除标准：主要脏器功能异常、凝血功能异常患者。……
