【摘要】 目的：探讨5S管理模式在甲氨蝶呤治疗中重度银屑病患者中的护理效果及对患者生活质量（QOL）评分的影响。方法：选择2017年5月-2018年12月笔者所在医院治疗的中重度银屑病患者60例作为研究对象，均给予甲氨蝶呤治疗，按随机数字表法分为对照组（n=30）和观察组（n=30）。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上联合5S管理模式，护理1个月后对两组护理满意度及QOL评分进行比较。结果：观察组护理1个月后对管理方法、管理内容、管理形式、服务态度及总护理满意度均高于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组护理1个月后生理领域、社会领域、独立性与宗教信仰领域、环境领域、心理领域评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：将5S管理模式用于甲氨蝶呤治疗中重度银屑病患者中能提高护理满意度，有助于提高患者生活质量，值得推广应用。

Application of 5S Management Mode in Nursing Patients with Moderate and Severe Psoriasis Treated with Methotrexate and Its Effect on Patients QOL Score/LU Xuan.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2019，17（27）：-108

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the nursing effect of 5S management mode in the nursing of patients with severe psoriasis treated with Methotrexate and its impact on patients quality of life（QOL）.Method：A total of 60 patients with moderate to severe psoriasis treated in the hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.All patients were treated with Methotrexate.According to random number table method，patients were divided into the control group（n=30） and the observation group（n=30）.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group was combined with the 5S management mode on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of nursing，the nursing satisfaction and QOL scores of the two groups were compared.Result：The management method，management content，management form，service attitude and satisfaction of nursing in the observation group were higher than those of the control group（P<0.05）.After 1 month of nursing，the physiological field，social field，independence and religious belief field，environmental field and psychological field scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：5S management mode applied to patients with moderate to severe psoriasis treated with Methotrexate can improve the satisfaction of nursing and help to improve the quality of life of patients，which is worthy of promotion and application.

银屑病（牛皮癣）属于一种慢性炎症性皮肤病，具有病程长、复发率高等特点，普遍认为与遗传、免疫异常、内分泌因素有关，临床表现为红斑、鳞屑等[1]。临床研究表明，银屑病好发于青壮年人群，且全身均可发病，以头皮、四肢最为常见，影响患者健康、生活[2]。甲氨蝶呤為中重度银屑病患者常用的治疗药物，通过影响表皮细胞与各种免疫系统细胞，引起表皮增殖细胞分化停止，减少血液中单核细胞数量，能获得良好的治疗效果[3]。但是，部分患者在治疗过程中由于缺乏有效的护理，导致治疗满意度及生活质量较低，影响预后。5S管理模式是一种新型的管理方法，即整理、整顿、清扫、清洁与素养，从而提高患者自我管理能力[4]。本文采取病例对照方法进行研究，探讨5S管理模式在甲氨蝶呤治疗中重度银屑病患者中的护理效果，报道如下。……
