【摘要】 目的：探讨肩袖损伤患者实行肩关节镜手术后给予优质护理与功能康复的临床效果。方法：随机抽取2015年6月-2018年6月在笔者所在医院治疗的肩袖损伤患者，将实行肩关节镜手术的59例作为临床观察对象，采用随机数字表法分成观察组（给予术后优质护理及康复训练，n=30）和对照组（给予术后常规护理与训练，n=29）。对比分析两组SDS评分、SAS评分及临床治疗有效率。结果：干预后，观察组SDS评分、SAS评分均低于对照组，临床治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：肩袖损伤患者实行肩关节镜手术后被给予优质护理与功能康复训练，能够有效改善心理健康水平，临床治疗总有效率得到显著提升，具有较高的临床价值。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing and functional rehabilitation for patients with rotator cuff injury after arthroscopic shoulder surgery.Method：A total of 59 patients with rotator cuff injury treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected randomly，who underwent arthroscopic shoulder surgery were selected as clinical observation objects.The patients were divided into the observation group（high quality nursing and rehabilitation training after operation，n=30） and the control group（routine nursing and training after operation，n=29）.The SDS score，SAS score and clinical treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result：After the intervention，the SDS score and SAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group，and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The patients with rotator cuff injury are given high quality nursing and functional rehabilitation training after arthroscopic shoulder surgery，which can effectively improve the mental health level，and the total effective rate of clinical treatment is significantly improved，which has high clinical value.

肩袖損伤是一种临床上常见的肩部肌腱创伤，病情严重者可导致关节坏死，常伴肩关节水肿、蜂窝组织炎等并发症，如不能及时得到治疗将严重危及患者身心健康[1]。患者常出现肌肉萎缩粘连、肩关节活动受限等症状[2]。目前，临床上常应用肩关节镜手术治疗，可使肩关节症状被迅速改善，同时能够充分掌握肩关节内部情况，使得患者及时得到针对性治疗[3]。为探讨肩袖损伤患者行肩关节镜手术后被给予优质护理与康复训练的临床效果，随机选择在笔者所在医院实行肩关节镜手术治疗的肩袖损伤患者59例作为临床研究对象进行对比分析，报道结果如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择2015年6月-2018年6月在笔者所在医院实行肩关节镜手术治疗的肩袖损伤患者59例。纳入标准：均符合肩袖损伤的诊断标准[4]。排除标准：（1）神经类疾病;（2）依从性差，不配合治疗;（3）患有肝脏、心脏及肾脏等方面的严重疾病。……
