【摘要】 目的：探討血液检验红细胞参数在贫血鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法：从笔者所在医院2018年1-12月收治的贫血患者中选取100例作为观察组，选择同时段入院进行体检的健康人群100例作为对照组，采用血细胞分析仪对200例患者进行血液检测，对比两组血液红细胞体积、血红蛋白、红细胞数量等红细胞参数值。结果：对照组血红蛋白（Hb）、平均红细胞体积（MCV）、红细胞数量（RBC）、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量（MCH）均高于观察组（P<0.05）。对照组红细胞分布宽度（RDW）低于观察组（P<0.05）。缺铁性贫血患者Hb高于其他类型贫血患者（P<0.05）。缺铁性贫血患者RBC高于其他类型贫血患者（P<0.05），其他类型贫血患者RBC比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。溶血性贫血及巨幼细胞性贫血患者MCV、RDW及MCH均高于其他类型贫血患者，缺铁性贫血患者MCV、RDW及MCH均低于其他类型贫血患者（P<0.05）。结论：贫血类型与血液红细胞参数值相关，不同贫血类型的红细胞参数不同，通过进行红细胞参数检验能够为临床贫血患者的鉴别诊断提供有效的参考价值，具有较高的应用价值。

Value of Blood Test of Erythrocyte Parameters in Differential Diagnosis of Anaemia/PENG Pengpeng.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2019，17（27）：-72

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the value of blood test of erythrocyte parameters in the differential diagnosis of anemia.Method：A total of 100 cases of anemia admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the observation group，and 100 healthy people who were admitted to the hospital for physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.Blood test was carried out on 200 patients by hematology analyzer，and red blood cell volume，hemoglobin，number of red blood cells and other parameters of the two groups were compared.Result：The hemoglobin（Hb），mean red blood cell volume（MCV），red blood cell number（RBC） and mean corpuscular hemoglobin（MCH） in the control group were higher than those of the observation group（P<0.05）.The red blood cell distribution width in the control group（RDW） was lower than that of the observation group（P<0.05）.Hemoglobin of patients with iron-deficiency anemia was higher than other types of anemia patients（P<0.05）.Red blood cells of patients with iron-deficiency anemia was higher than other types of anemia patients（P<0.05）.RBC of patients with other types of anemia were compared，and the differences were not statistically significant（P>0.05）.MCV，RDW and MCH of patients with hemolytic anemia and megaloblastic anemia were higher than those of patients with other types of anemia，and MCV，RDW and MCH of patients with iron deficiency anemia were lower than those of patients with other types of anemia（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The type of anemia is related to the parameters of erythrocyte，and the erythrocyte parameters of different types of anemia are different.Through the examination of erythrocyte parameters，it can provide effective reference value for the differential diagnosis of clinical anemia patients.It has high application value.

贫血是临床上较常见的一种症状，是由多种原因导致血液中红细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度及红细胞压积大幅度下降所致，使患者处于一种病理状态[1-2]。有临床研究结果显示，当前我国贫血情况的发生有逐年上升趋势，对国人身体健康造成威胁[3]。因此，越来越多学者开始积极研究贫血患者的临床诊断和有效治疗方案[4]。目前，临床上常见的贫血类型包括缺铁性贫血、溶血性贫血、再生障碍贫血及巨幼细胞性贫血，针对不同贫血类型的患者采用的治疗方案有所差异[5]。因此，对贫血类型的鉴别非常重要[6]。本研究选取2018年1-12月收治的100例贫血患者，对比100例健康体检人员的资料和检测结果，旨在探讨血液检测红细胞参数在贫血鉴别诊断中的应用价值，将报道整理如下。……
