【摘要】 目的：观察正畸颊面管在正畸牙周联合治疗中的作用。方法：选取笔者所在医院接诊的牙周病正畸治疗患者100例临床资料分析，通过第一磨牙选取附件不同分组，其中50例牙周病患者作为正畸颊面管组，患者采用粘结型颊面管治疗，剩余50例牙周病患者作为传统带环组，患者采用常规带环治疗。两组牙周病患者在接受正畸治疗前后接受锥形束CT检查，测量第一磨牙区牙槽间隔骨密度。结果：接受正畸治疗后，正畸颊面管组患者牙槽骨密度改变情况优于传统带环组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在正畸牙周联合治疗期间应用正畸颊面管安全性高，应推广应用。

Effect of Buccal Canal in Orthodontic Periodontal Treatment/LI Tao. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research， 2019， 17 （28）： -153

[Abstract] Objective： To observe the effect of buccal canal in orthodontic periodontal treatment. Method： The clinical data of 100 patients with periodontal disease treated by orthodontic treatment in our hospital were analyzed. Different groups of attachments were selected through the first molar. Fifty patients with periodontal disease were treated with buccal canal as orthodontic buccal tube group， and the remaining 50 patients with periodontal disease were treated with conventional buccal canal as traditional ring group. Two groups of patients with periodontal disease were examined by cone beam CT before and after orthodontic treatment. Bone mineral density of alveolar septum in the first molar region was measured. Result： After orthodontic treatment， the change of alveolar bone mineral density in the orthodontic buccal tube group was better than that in the traditional ring group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： During the period of combined orthodontic and periodontal treatment， the effect of applying the buccal tube is good.It should be popularized and applied.

我國大部分成年人群中均存在不同程度的牙周病，目前临床中对于牙周病采取正畸牙周联合治疗已经获得了认可，但是牙周病患者在接受正畸治疗期间依旧会存在牙槽骨破坏加重及牙齿松动现象。传统带环由于体积比较大，金属边缘十分容易对患者牙龈产生刺激，引发牙龈炎及牙周炎的出现，为患者造成不必要的痛苦，颊面管的体积更小，能够直接粘结到磨牙上，减少带环储备，充分节省人力与财力，颊面管要求托槽与颊面管定位更为精准[1]。本文选取笔者所在医院接诊的接受牙周病正畸治疗患者资料100例进行分析，两组牙周病患者在接受正畸治疗前后接受锥形束CT检查，测量第一磨牙区牙槽间隔骨密度，探讨对骨密度的影响，现将结果汇报如下。
