【摘要】 目的：探究中醫推拿结合针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果与价值。方法：选取笔者所在医院2016年1月-2018年12月收纳的神经根型颈椎病患者61例进行随机分组，对照组30例给予单纯针灸治疗，研究组31在其基础上结合推拿进行治疗，对比分析两组患者疼痛程度、颈椎功能障碍指数及临床总有效率、症状发生率等差异。结果：治疗前研究组VAS疼痛评分及NDI颈椎功能障碍指数分别为（6.35±1.01）、（15.56±0.46）分，两组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后分别为（2.16±1.05）、（6.01±0.47）分，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;研究组临床总有效率为93.55%（29/31），高于对照组的80.00%（24/30），组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;研究组临床症状头痛、头晕及上肢麻木等发生率为6.45%（2/31），对照组为23.33%（7/30），组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：通过对神经根型进行中医推拿联合针灸治疗后，可缓解临床症状，同时有效改善颈椎功能和降低患者疼痛，临床上值得应用。

Clinical Effect and Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine Massage Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy/GU Jianfeng.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2019，17（27）：-36

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore and analyze the clinical effect and value of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method：From January 2016 to December 2018 received 61 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type，randomly divided into two groups，30 cases were treated pure acupuncture treatment，group 31 on the basis of the acupuncture treatment combination of massage treatment，compared two groups of patients with the degree of pain，cervical dysfunction index and the clinical total effective rate，incidence of symptoms.Result：In the study group，the VAS pain score and NDI cervical dysfunction index were （6.35±1.01） and （15.56±0.46）points before treatment，respectively，with no significant difference（P>0.05）.After treatment，were （2.16±1.05） and （6.01±0.47）points，respectively，with statistical significance（P<0.05）.The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 93.55%（29/31） higher than 80.00%（24/30） of the control group，and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The incidence of clinical symptoms in headache，dizziness and numbness of upper limbs was 6.45%（2/31） in the study group and 23.33%（7/30） in the control group，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for nerve root type can relieve clinical symptoms，effectively improve cervical vertebra function and reduce pain in patients，which is worthy of clinical application.

颈椎病的基础症状为退行性病理改变，在临床中属于一种较为多发且常见的骨科疾病。它是一种系列功能障碍性综合征，通常认为患者发生骨质增生、颈椎长期劳损、韧带增厚及椎间盘突出等情况后，从而造成患者出现颈动脉受压及颈椎脊髓受压后导致此类疾病。临床上主要分为脊髓型、混合型、交感神经型、椎动脉型、神经根型、食管受压型及颈型等七大类颈椎病，临床上发病率最高的为神经根型颈椎病。神经根型颈椎病的临床表现有根性肌力障碍、颈部症状、腱反射改变及根性痛等，形成因素主要为单双侧脊神经根受到刺激。对于神经根型颈椎病的临床治疗方法较为多样化，如采取手术治疗或药物治疗，虽具有一定疗效，但疾病具有反复性，且手术会损伤脊椎，不利于预后恢复。近些年来中医学方面对神经根型颈椎病做出大量探讨，认为可通过针灸结合推拿提高临床疗效，积极改善患者临床症状。基于……
