【摘要】 目的：分析品管圈活动在康复期精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复中的应用效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2016年6月-2018年6月收治的处于精神康复阶段的精神分裂症患者110例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组55例。对照组采用常规护理干预措施，观察组在对照组基础上采用品管圈活动干预，比较两组护理前后精神状态及社会功能。结果：护理后，两组社会功能评分均得到显著提高，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。护理后，两组患者精神状态评分均明显降低，且观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：品管圈活动应用于康复期精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复阶段，能有效提高患者社会功能，改善精神状态，值得应用。

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the effect of the quality control circle activities in the recovery of social function of schizophrenic patients during rehabilitation period. Method： A total of 110 schizophrenic patients during mental rehabilitation period admitted in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group， with 55 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing intervention， while the observation group was given quality control circle activities intervention on the basis of the control group. The mental state and social function of the two groups before and after were compared. Result： After nursing， social function scores of both groups were significantly improved， and the observation group was higher than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After nursing， the mental state scores of the two groups were significantly reduced， and the observation group was better than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The quality control circle activities is applied in the recovery stage of social function of schizophrenia patients in mental rehabilitation period， which can effectively improve the social function of patients and improve their mental state， and is worthy of application.

精神分裂癥是常见的迁延性慢性疾病，精神分裂症患病率为0.75%[1]。精神分裂症患者因精神、思维等异常，极易出现过激行为，且致死致残率也较高。精神分裂症患者长期住院治疗，会导致其社会功能发生退行性改变，情感变得淡漠、意志衰减、行为能力降低等[2]。而品管圈活动是近年来比较流行的一种管理模式，通过将护理人员形成小团体，来督促护理人员保质保量地完成护理工作。有研究表明，对于精神分裂症康复期患者应用品管圈活动，可提高医疗服务质量及患者的康复质量和生活质量[3]。本研究特分析品管圈活动在精神康复期患者社会功能恢复中的应用效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2016年6月-2018年6月笔者所在医院住院精神康复期精神分裂症患者110例，纳入标准：符合ICD-10精神分裂症诊断标准，且临床确诊者;处于精神康复阶段的患者。……
