[摘要] 住院药房药品质量管理是医院药学管理的重要组成部分，为了保障药品质量，确保住院患者的用药安全，某三甲医院药学部制订药品安全管理制度，加强与各病区医、护人员沟通合作，规范住院药房药品管理，降低了药品质量问题带来的各种医疗风险。本文拟查阅相关文献，结合实际工作情况，从药品质量检查小组，药品的效期批号管理，避光措施，冷藏、阴凉保存药品的管理，特殊药品管理，病区智能药柜和抢救车的管理等几个方面入手，分析总结该院住院药房的药品安全管理措施，为药品管理制度的实施及完善提供参考意见，从而提高住院患者的用药质量和安全。

[Abstract] Drug quality management of inpatient dispensary is one of the most important parts of pharmacy administration. The department of pharmacy draws up the drug safety management systems and strengthens cooperation with medical staff to ensure the quality of drugs and the safety of inpatients， which leads to the reducing of the medical risk caused by drug quality. Based on the relevant literature and daily work experience， this paper analyzes and summarizes several aspects of drug safety management measurements in inpatient dispensary of the hospital， including drug quality supervision group， management of expiration date and batch number of drug， storage and use of the light repellent drug， management of the refrigerated drug and cool preserved drug， supervision of the special drug， management of the drugs in intelligent medicine cabinet and crash truck of wards. It can provide reference for the implementation and improvement of drug safety management system， so as to improve the drug quality and safety of hospitalized patients.

為了保障医院住院药房的药品质量，提高患者的用药安全与有效，降低因药品问题导致的临床医疗不良事件，近几年某三甲医院（以下简称“该院”）药学部对住院药房的药品采取了一系列的质量管理措施。本文通过查阅相关的文献，结合郑州大学第一附属医院（以下简称“我院”）的日常工作情况，从药品质量检查小组、药品的效期和批号监管、阴凉保存或冷藏药品的管理、避光药品的保存与使用、特殊药品的管理（麻醉、精神类和毒性药品等）、病区保存药品（如智能药柜、抢救车、临床周转药品等）分析总结住院部药房药品管理存在的一些问题及采取的安全管理措施，从而提高药品的质量和住院患者的用药安全，降低因药品质量问题造成的临床医疗风险。……
