[摘要] 目的 观察妊娠合并糖尿病患者围产期护理干预应用效果。方法 选择该院72例妊娠合并糖尿病患者实施此次研究，时间为2017年1月—2019年1月，根据抽签法分为观察组（36例）和对照组（36例）。观察组使用围产期护理干预，对照组使用常规护理，比较两组患者临床效果。结果 两组护理前HbALc、2 hPBG、FBG水平对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组护理后HbALc、2 hPBG、FBG水平均低于对照组（P﹤0.05）。观察组并发症发生率为2.77%，明显低于对照组的16.66%（P<0.05）。结论 在妊娠合并糖尿病患者护理中实施围产期护理措施，可有效控制患者血糖，临床应用及推广价值极高。

Analysis of Perinatal Nursing Intervention in Patients with Pregnancy Complicated with Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of perinatal nursing intervention in pregnant patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 72 patients with pregnancy and diabetes were enrolled in our hospital. The study was conducted from January 2017 to January 2019 and was divided into observation group （36 cases） and control group （36 cases） according to the drawing method. The observation group used perinatal nursing intervention， and the control group used routine nursing to compare the clinical effects of the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of HbALc， 2 hPBG and FBG between the two groups （P>0.05）. The levels of HbALc， 2 hPBG and FBG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.77%， which was significantly lower than 16.66% in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Perinatal care measures in the treatment of pregnant patients with diabetes can effectively control the blood glucose of patients， and the clinical application and promotion value is extremely high.

妊娠合并糖尿病臨床上较为常见，指产妇妊娠期间患有糖尿病，属于严重合并症。该疾病患者并发症较多，如感染、新生儿窒息等，对患者正常生育造成影响，从而影响患者身体健康及胎儿正常发育。因此需对其实施有效护理，改善患者生活质量[1]。该次研究于2017年1月—2019年1月，选择该院36例妊娠合并糖尿病患者，对其实施围产期护理，观察患者病情改善情况，报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

选择该院72例妊娠合并糖尿病患者实施该次研究，根据抽签法分为观察组（36例）和对照组（36例）。观察组年龄22～35岁，平均年龄（28.56±1.68）岁;对照组年龄20～36岁，平均年龄（28.52±1.54）岁。两组一般资料差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），有可比性。

1.2  方法

对照组实施常规护理，如饮食护理、运动指导等;观察组基于对照组，实施围产期护理，具体包括：①告知患者及家属妊娠合并糖尿病发病机制、治疗措施、注意事项等，提升患者对疾病的认知，缓解负面情绪，主动与患者进行交流，了解患者内心想法，制定针对性心理护理，树立患者治疗信心。可通过……
