【摘 要】为了加强城乡一体化建设，推动乡村经济发展，我国大力开发乡村旅游产业，力求提高乡村经济水平。此项工作也是实现精准扶贫的重要途径之一，所以相关部门必须要加大重视。论文主要针对乡村旅游精准扶贫的实现路径进行分析，探讨了目前贫困区域乡村旅游发展中存在的问题，并提出具体的路径和对策，以期为推动我国乡村产业的发展、实现精准扶贫起到一定的参考作用。

【Abstract】In order to strengthen the construction of urban-rural integration and promote the development of rural economy， China vigorously develops rural tourism industry and strives to improve the level of rural economy. This work is also an important path to achieve precision poverty alleviation， so relevant departments must pay more attention to it. This paper mainly analyzes the realization path of precision poverty alleviation by rural tourism， discusses the problems existing in the development of rural tourism in poverty-stricken areas， and puts forward specific paths and countermeasures， so as to promote the development of rural industries in China and achieve precision poverty alleviation to play a reference role.

1 引言

开发乡村旅游资源是精准扶贫政策提出后重要的扶贫方式之一，对于我国的农村贫困户具有十分重要的帮助作用，也是加快城乡一体化建设的重要手段。在当前阶段，旅游业的不断发展给乡村旅游资源的开发提供了更多的可能。利用乡村所独有的旅游景色可以为其吸引更多的游客，从而实现精准扶贫的战略目标。将乡村旅游和精准扶贫相结合，可以形成一种全新的经济发展模式，有效地减轻政府扶贫的负担和压力。因此，积极探讨乡村旅游精准扶贫的实现路径具有着十分重要的现实意义[1]。

2 贫困区域乡村旅游发展中存在的问题

2.1 缺乏科学合理的规划机制

在我国的贫困乡村虽然具有丰富的资源，但由于受主观因素和各种客观因素的限制和影响，所以乡村没有形成完善的发展机制。部分乡村在开发旅游资源时，没有重视对旅游产品的创新，使得相关的旅游项目仍然比较陈旧，因此，无法满足市场经济的发展需求。……
