【摘 要】在城市轨道交通行业不断发展过程中，城市轨道交通扮演着极其重要的角色，而加强齿轮箱驱动装置的组装也变得越来越重要，这已经成为了城市轨道交通行业共同关注的话题之一。通过加强城市轨道列车齿轮箱驱动装置组装，可以确保城市轨道列车的正常运行，不断提高生产运营水平。并且进一步延长城市轨道列车齿轮箱装备的使用寿命，将可靠性和安全性充分体现出来。论文主要针对城市轨道列车齿轮箱驱动装置组装方式及改进展开深入研究，希望为相关行业人士带来些许帮助。

【Abstract】In the process of the continuous development of urban rail transit industry， urban rail transit plays an extremely important role， and it has become more and more important to strengthen the assembly of the drive devices of gear box， which has become one of the topics that the urban rail transit industry has paid attention to. By strengthening the assembly of the drive devices of gear box for the urban rail train， the normal operation of the urban rail train can be ensured and the production and operation level can be continuously improved. And the service life of the gearbox equipment for urban rail train can be extended， and the reliability and safety can be fully reflected. The paper makes a deep research on the assembly method and improvement of the driving device of gearbox for urban rail train. Hopi ng to provide some help for the related industry personage.

1 引言

对于齿轮箱来说，是城市轨道列车动力转向架的重要构成部件，可以将牵引电机产生的扭矩及时传递到车轴，不断提高城市轨道列车的牵引力和制动动力，而且对于齿轮箱的性能来说，也是城市轨道列车安全运行的重要影响因素。要想确保城市轨道列车安全、稳定地运行，必须要注重不断创新和优化组装工序，采取可行的改进措施，避免组装质量问题的出现，大大提高城市轨道列车齿轮箱的生产效率。

2 城市轨道列车齿轮箱驱动装置组装的相关概述

对于城市轨道列车来说，其优势主要体现在速度快、运量大等方面，而且污染程度也比较小，已经成为了备受瞩目的焦点，顺应了现代化城市发展趋势。在城市轨道交通不断发展过程中，城市轨道齿轮传动系统已经得到了广泛应用，对诸多城市的城市轨道线路产生了极大的影响。……
