[摘要] 目的 分析早期足部护理干预对糖尿病足的预防作用。方法 在该院2017年3月—2018年3月实施治疗的糖尿病足患者中随机选取50例作为研究对象，分成两组，对照组25例患者实施常规护理，观察组25例患者实施早期足部护理干预，对比两组患者的糖尿病足知识掌握度和患者护理满意度。结果 研究结果显示，和对照组患者相比，观察组患者的糖尿病足知识掌握评分及护理质量评分明显偏高，对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；和对照组患者相比，观察组患者的护理指导满意度明显偏高，对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 早期足部护理干预在糖尿病足患者护理中的应用，可以起到显著预防作用，同时有助于提高患者的糖尿病足知识掌握水平，改善护理质量，提高患者护理满意度，值得推广。

Clinical Application of Early Foot Care Intervention in the Prevention of Diabetic Foot

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the preventive effect of early foot care intervention on diabetic foot. Methods A total of 50 patients with diabetic foot who underwent treatment from March 2017 to March 2018 in the hospital were randomly selected as the study subjects and were divided into two groups. 25 patients in the control group underwent routine nursing， and 25 patients in the observation group were treated with early foot nursing Intervention， comparing the mastering of diabetes foot knowledge and patient care satisfaction between the two groups of patients. Results The results of the study showed that compared with the control group， the knowledge of the diabetic foot knowledge and the quality of the nursing of the observation group were significantly higher， and the difference was significant（P<0.05）. Compared with the control group， the nursing guidance of the observation group satisfaction was significantly higher， and the difference was significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of early foot care intervention in the nursing of patients with diabetic foot can play a significant preventive role， and it can help to improve the level of knowledge of diabetic foot， improve the quality of care， and improve the satisfaction of patients. It is worth promoting.

随着当前社会发展进程不断加快，人们生活水平也不断提升，改变了人们的生活方式及饮食结构，而近些年临床中糖尿病的病发率更是逐步呈现上升趋势[1]。作为一种慢性疾病整体治疗周期相对较久，会很大程度影响患者的生活质量，同时还会导致引发诸多并发症，致使患者的生活质量明显下降。糖尿病足作为一种典型的糖尿病并发症[2]，对糖尿病患者治疗中施以护理干预也尤为关键。以此为了能够及时预防糖尿病足并发生发生，降低临床截肢率，该次研究选取2017年3月—2018年3月收治的50例患者，探讨分析早期足部护理干预在预防糖尿病足中的应用价值。现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
