[摘要]目的 調查消化性溃疡患者的中医体质情况及其与幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染的关系。方法 选取2015年2月～2017年11月我院收治的169例消化性溃疡患者，通过《中医体质分类与判定》中9种基本体质分类亚量表判断患者的中医体质类型，并观察不同中医体质患者的Hp感染情况。结果 169例患者的中医体质分别为平和质、阳虚质、痰湿质、血瘀质、特禀质、气虚质、阴虚质、湿热质、气郁质，其中阳虚质最多，占21.30%（36/169），湿热质次之，占15.38%（26/169），而特禀质最少，占0.59%（1/169）；中医体质为平和质、痰湿质、血瘀质、特禀质、阴虚质、气郁质的消化性溃疡患者Hp阳性与阴性率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），而中医体质为阳虚质、气虚质、湿热质的消化性溃疡患者Hp阳性率较阴性率高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 阳虚质的消化性溃疡患者对Hp感染具有易感性，临床治疗中明确患者的中医体质类型，并予以调整，有助于预防Hp感染、消化性溃疡复发，在临床治疗中具有重要意义。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） constitution of patients with peptic ulcer and its relationship with Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection. Methods A total of 169 patients with peptic ulcer treated in our hospital from February 2015 to November 2017 were selected， and the type of the physique of TCM was judged by nine basic constitution classification sub-scales in Classification and determination of TCM constitution， and Hp infection in patients with different TCM constitution was observed. Results In 169 patients with peptic ulcer， the TCM constitution was calm physique， yang-deficiency physique， phlegm-dampness physique， blood stasis physique， specialty physique， qi-deficiency physique， yin-deficiency physique， dampness-heat physique and qi-depression physique， of which yang-deficiency physique was the most， and it accounted for 21.30% （36/169）， followed by damp and heat physique， accounting for 15.38% （26/169）， while specialty physique was the least， accounting for 0.59% （1/169）. There was no significant difference in the positive and negative rate of Hp in peptic ulcer patients with TCM constitution of calm physique， phlegm-dampness physique， blood stasis physique， specialty physique， yin-deficiency physique and qi-depression physique （P>0.05）， the positive rate of Hp in patients with peptic ulcer with yang-deficiency physique， qi-deficiency physique and damp-heat physique constitution were higher than those in negative rate， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Peptic ulcer patients with yang-deficiency physique are susceptible to Hp infection， and it is of great significance to clarify the type of TCM constitution of patients， and adjust the constitution help to prevent Hp infection and recurrence of peptic ulcer.

消化性溃疡为临床常见的消化系统疾病之一，临床主要表现为中上腹反复发作性疼痛，难以彻底治愈，且近年来，随着国民生活方式及膳食结构的转变，该病发病率不断升高，严重影响国民身体健康及生活质量[1-3]。幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，Hp）为消化性溃疡的主要致病菌，以往多采用西医治疗，虽可取得一定的效果，但其耐药性强，不良反应发生率较高，患者依从性较差，根治成功率逐年下降[4-5]。随着中医药治疗在临床上被广泛应用，发现其凭借辨证论治在消化性溃疡的治疗中取得良好效果[6]。近年来，中医体质学的研究不断发展，为中医药防治消化性溃疡提供了新的突破口[7]。中……
