摘要：目的  提高中药饮片的精细化管理水平，促进临床合理使用，并为临床中药学工作开展提供参考依据。方法  利用北京中医药大学东方医院（以下简称“本院”）药房信息管理系统，对2013-2016年中药饮片的临床用量情况进行统计分析。结果  中药饮片年处方数量、年销售额均逐年增加;每年度临床用量排序前20位的中药饮片有13种重合;临床用量排序前20位的中药饮片依次是补益药、清热药、活血药、利水药。结论  本院中药饮片的临床使用基本合理;中药饮片药房实施精细化管理有助于推动临床中药学工作开展。

Analysis on Use of TCM Decoction Pieces in Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine During 2013-2016

 Abstract： Objective To improve the refined pharmacy management of TCM decoction pieces; To promote the rational clinical use of TCM decoction pieces; To provide references for the development of clinical TCM pharmacy. Methods Pharmacy information management system of Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine （hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”） was used to analyze the clinical dosage of TCM decoction pieces from 2013 to 2016. Results The prescription number and annual sales of TCM decoction pieces increased year by year; for each year， 13 out of the top 20 TCM decoction pieces showed overlap; the top 20 TCM decoction pieces in ranking were tonifying medicine， clearing-heat medicine， activating-blood-circulation medicine， and diuretic medicine. Conclusion The clinical use of TCM decoction pieces in our hospital is basically reasonable. Refined pharmacy management of pharmacy of TCM decoction pieces can promote the development of clinical TCM pharmacy.

近年来，北京中医药大学东方医院（以下简称“本院”）中药饮片处方数、使用量逐年递增。为准确掌握本院中药饮片的使用情况，严格中药饮片精细化管理，促进临床合理使用，兹就本院2013-2016年中药饮片使用情况统计分析如下。

1  资料与方法

所有数据均来源于本院计算机网络管理系统（HIS）。统计2013-2016年本院中药饮片年处方数、年销售额、单品种饮片用量等信息，并采用Excel2016软件进行分析，其中中药饮片功能分类参照《中华人民共和国药典》^[1]、全国高等医药院校教材《中药学》^[2]、《北京市中药饮片炮制规范》^[3]。

2  结果与分析

2.1  处方数量及销售额

本院中药饮片品种基本保持稳定，品种数维持在631～658个，能够满足临床需求。随着业务量的增长，本院中药饮片年处方数量和销售额逐年递增，2013-2015年增长较为迅猛，处方量由46.02万张增加到56.48万张，销售额净增长44.89%，2015-2016年增长速率有所放缓，详见表1。……
