【摘 要】随着当前科学技术和现代化的不断推广和进步，医院在提升思想政治工作效能方面也逐步借助信息化的平台来作为基础。论文主要分析探究当前思想政治工作实施的基础和背景，同时从医院的角度提出当前思想政治工作发展的必然性和重要性，最后从推动管理组织的发展效率上提出规范化的信息平台建设，提升医院的思想政治工作发展效果。

【Abstract】With the continuous popularization and progress of science and technology and modernization， in the aspect of improving the effectiveness of ideological and political work， the hospital can gradually use the information platform as the basis. The paper mainly explores the basis and background of implementing ideological and political work. Meanwhile， it points out the necessity and importance of developing ideological and political work at present from the perspective of hospital. Finally， the paper puts forward the construction of standardized information platform from promoting the development efficiency of management organization， so as to promote the development effect of ideological and political work in hospital.

1 引言

随着当前科学技术的不断进步和发展，我国医院思想政治工作能否有效地实现信息化建设来作为思想政治工作的重要保障是一个关键性的问题。要想真正实现思想政治工作的信息化建设，一方面要结合科学技术的基础和作用，同时还需要医院的工作人员具备较高的素质以及对信息化工作设备、工作内容有一个全面的了解等。

2 思想政治工作信息化

在当前阶段思想政治工作的信息化主要是指借助信息化的手段和方式，有效地对医院的相关重要信息进行规划和汇总，同时从科学合理的角度来提出思想政治工作的有效对策，提升医院思想政治工作开展的质量，保证思想政治工作的动态有机性。思想政治工作的信息化是自身的改变以及进步，主要是指借助信息化平台来有效提升医院在思想政治工作过程中的工作效率，实现资源的合理化配置[1]。
