【摘 要】限速器—安全钳和上行超速保护装置系统是保障电梯安全运行的最后关口。电梯限速器校验是电梯检验项目的重中之

重。目前常用的電梯限速器校验仪，均基于离线测试原理，存在诸多局限性，越来越不适应电梯数量激增、结构型式多样的新形势，遇到了无机房电梯、超高速电梯校验难等难题，使电梯限速器校验陷入了困境。论文从分析电梯限速器校验困境的成因入手，提出了切合实际的应对策略。

【Abstract】Speed governor-safety clamp and overspeed protection system are the last gateways to ensure the safe operation of the elevator. The calibration of elevator speed governor is the most important of elevator inspection items. The current commonly used calibrator instrument of elevator speed governor is based on the principle of off-line testing， there are many limitations， which can no longer adapt to the new situation of the rapid increase in the number of elevators and the diversity of the structures. It is difficult to calibrate the elevator without machine room and the super high speed elevator， which makes the calibration of the elevator speed governor into a difficult position. The paper analyzes the causes of the difficulty in calibrating the speed governor of elevator， and puts forward some practical countermeasures.

1 引言

电梯安全钳和上行超速保护装置是确保电梯不超过安全运行速度，防止事故扩大和减轻事故危害的重要安全装置。电梯限速器作为安全钳和上行超速保护装置的关键驱动部件，其速度跟踪的准确性和动作的灵敏性是保证安全装置可靠动作的关键。随着社会经济和城市化进程的加快，我国电梯保有量逐年激增，电梯限速器校验作为保证安全运行的重要关口，已引起社会的广泛关注。

2 电梯限速器校验的必要性

限速器是电梯轿厢运行速度的监控装置，是电梯必不可少的安全装置。当电梯运行中出现轿厢超速或坠落时，限速器用使安全钳或上行超速保护装置动作，将轿厢制停在导轨上，从而防止事故扩大或减少事故危险。虽然电梯限速器都通过了型式试验，出厂时也经过了严格的检验和调试，安全性能较为可靠，但使用一段时间后，限速器会因锈蚀、磨损、疲劳等因素引起其动作的灵敏性和准确性的下降，埋下重大事故隐患。……
