摘 要 本文从湖南省县级耕地质量等别年度更新评价工作实际出发，阐述如何利用ArcGIS选择工具快速完成耕地质量等别年度更新评价的底图制作，利用 ArcGIS 中选择工具来实现耕地质量等别年度更新评价工作中变化数据的快速提取，从而使这项繁琐的工作变得简单快捷，为高效开展耕地质量等别年度更新评价工作提供经验。

Abstract： This paper， starting from the actual updated evaluating of the annual quality of cultivated land quality rank at the county level in Hunan Province ， explains how to make use of the ArcGIS selection tool to quickly make the base map production of the annual updated evaluation of cultivated land quality rank， and to make use of the ArcGIS selection tool to realize the rapid extraction of change data in the annual update evaluating of cultivated land quality rank， So that this complicated work becomes simple and fast .To provide experience for the efficient implementation of the annual updated evaluation of cultivated land quality rank. 0 引言

耕地作为人类赖以生存和发展的重要物质基础，耕地质量的高低直接影响国家粮食安全、社会协调、区域经济及生态环境的可持续发展[1-3]。随着国家工业化、城镇化的快速发展，建设占用、灾害损毁、农业结构调整、生态退耕、补充开发、土地整治等活动使耕地的数量、质量、权属状况经常发生变化，通过年度土地变更调查，只能掌握耕地数量、权属的变化状况，却不能掌握耕地的质量情况。因此开展耕地质量等别年度更新评价工作，可以及时掌握年度内耕地质量等别变化，从而保持耕地质量等别数据的实时性[4]。更好的服务于耕地数量、质量、生态“三位一体”保护战略。

本文以湖南省道县为例，重点阐述基于ArcGIS的选择工具中的按属性选择和按空间位置选择来实现对新增耕地、减少耕地以及质量建设耕地的提取和分析，快速完成道县2016年度耕地质量等别更新评价底图制作，为全省高效开展耕地质量等别年度更新评价工作提供经验。……
