[摘要] 目的 探討肾衰竭患者治疗中联合持续血液净化治疗的应用效果。 方法 选择2015年3月～2017年3月我院收治的肾衰竭患者100例，按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组两组，各50例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合持续血液净化治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的血清iPTH水平、皮肤瘙痒症状评分、生活质量评分等。 结果 两组患者血清iPTH水平均得到明显改善，检测水平显著下降，且观察组改善效果明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者皮肤瘙痒症状均得到明显改善，评分结果显著降低，且观察组改善效果明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后两组患者的生活质量SF-36评分均显著提高，且观察组的提高幅度明显大于对照组，生活质量改善效果更好（P<0.05）。 结论 对肾衰竭患者在常规治疗基础上联合实施持续血液净化疗效显著，可获得理想的有毒物质清除效果，并更好的改善患者的临床症状和生活质量。

Clinical efficacy of combined continuous blood purification in the treatment of patients with renal failure

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of combined continuous blood purification in the treatment of patients with renal failure. Methods 100 patients with renal failure who were admitted to our hospital between March 2015 and March 2017 were selected. According to the order of admission， the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group for comparative study， with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment. The observation group was given a continuous blood purification treatment based on the control group. The experimental data of serum iPTH levels， pruritus symptom scores， and quality of life scores were observed before and after treatment in the two groups of patients. Results Serum iPTH levels were significantly improved in the two groups. The level of detection dropped significantly. The improvement effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Symptoms of pruritus in both groups were significantly improved after different treatments， and scores were significantly reduced. The improvement effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P<0.05）. After the treatment， the quality of life SF-36 scores in the two groups of patients showed a significant improvement based on the analysis between groups. The increase in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group， and the improvement of the quality of life was better （P<0.05）. Conclusion In the course of treatment in the patients with renal failure， combined continuous blood purification treatment on the basis of conventional treatment has a significant effect， which can achieve the ideal removal effect of toxic substances， and better improve the patient's clinical symptoms and quality of life.

目前，肾功能衰竭在临床十分常见，属于肾内科多发疾病之一。针对不同原因所致肾衰竭患者，对其进行治疗中可实施预防感染治疗和维持体液平衡等多方面的综合性治疗[1]。为获得更好的治疗效果，可联合实施一定的血液净化治疗[2]。通过血液净化治疗，可以有效地清除患者体内积累的各种有毒物质，更好地改善患者的临床症状和体征，提高患者的生存质量。本次研究探讨肾衰竭患者治疗中联合持续血液净化治疗的效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取肾衰竭患者100例，年龄30～72岁，中位年龄49岁，男66例，女34例。纳入标准：①进行了临床专业診断和检查，均符合肾衰竭诊断标准[3]；②均为本院收治的住院患者；③签订知情同意书。排除标准：①依从性差；②精神疾病患者；③合并恶性肿瘤者[4]。按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组两组，各50例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合持续血液净化治疗。……
