[摘要] 目的 探討建设信息化协作诊疗研究平台对中医“阳痿病”管理水平的影响性，以期提高“阳痿病”诊疗研究水平。 方法 选取2015年3～12月在我院男科门诊就诊的阳痿病患者按随机数字表法分为“阳痿病”协作诊疗研究平台管理组140例（研究组），电子病历+纸质档案管理组140例（对照组），分析比较相关指标的差异。 结果 两组在资料完整度、首诊时间、复诊时间、复诊率等方面比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；各组治疗后末诊IIEF-5评分、末诊EHS评分均较首诊时明显提高，差异有显著统计学意义（P<0.01）；两组间比较末诊IIEF-5评分存在显著性差异（P<0.01），而两组间比较末诊EHS评分上差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；总有效率比较，研究组高于对照组，差异有显著统计学意义（Z=-2.717，P=0.007）。 结论 “阳痿病”协作诊疗研究平台推动了优势病种的协作、诊疗、研究管理，突显中西医结合特色，提高中医参与治疗，形成了一整套效率、规范的临床信息化管理方案，有利于提高中医“阳痿病”信息化管理水平。

Applied research on the collaborative treatment and diagnosis research management platform based on the internet "impotence"

[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of the collaborative treatment and diagnosis information research platform on the Internet "impotence" in TCM， so as to improve the research level of diagnosis and treatment of "impotence". Methods From March to December 2015， the patients with impotence who were admitted to the outpatient clinic of andrology in our hospital were selected and divided into "impotence" collaborative treatment and diagnosis research platform management group of 140 cases（research group）and electronic medical records + paper records management group of 140 cases（control group）. The differences of the relevant indicators were analyzed and compared. Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in data integrity， time of first visit， referral time and referral rate（P<0.05）； after treatment， the IIEF-5 score of the final visit and the EHS score of the final visit were significantly higher than those at the first visit in all groups， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）； there was a significant difference between the two groups in the IIEF-5 scores of the final visit（P<0.01）， and there was no statistically significant difference in EHS scores of the final visit between the two groups（P>0.05）； the total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（Z=-2.717， P=0.007）. Conclusion The collaborative treatment and diagnosis research platform "impotence" promotes the collaboration， diagnosis and treatment， research management of predominant diseases， highlights the characteristics of integration of Chinese and Western medicine， improves the participation of Chinese medicine treatment， and forms a set of effective and standardized clinical information management protocols， which is beneficial to improving the information management level of "impotence" in TCM.

随着现代科学技术的进步，医疗卫生服务手段也越来越先进，对信息化的要求也越来越高。同时，现代医学模式已逐渐从疾病治疗、疾病管理为核心过渡到以疾病预防与健康全程管理为核心，由此产生的海量数据交换需求，以及医学特有的逻辑性、交互性、私密性等特点，均对医疗卫生信息化提出了更高的要求[1]。互联网医学近年来在国内得到了快速发展，各大医院都已建立远程互联网系统，实现了医院间、科室间医疗数据的共享。甚至如果患者能够远程门诊、远程医疗，将极大优化资源、提高医疗效率[2]。……
