摘 要 互联网在国家经济生活中的应用越来越重要，“互联网+”已成为经济新的增长点，为大学生创新创业的开展提供了丰富的资源和便捷的方式。文章介绍了高校开展大学生创新创业教育的意义，结合大学生创新创业训练计划项目的实施提出了提升大学生创新创业能力的建议。

Abstract The application of the Internet in the country's economic life is increasingly important. "Internet+" has become a new growth point for the economy， providing rich resources and convenient ways for college students to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship. The article introduces the significance of colleges and universities in carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education， and puts forward suggestions for improving college students' innovation and entrepreneurship abilities combined with the implementation of innovative entrepreneurship training programs for college students.

通过开展大学生创新创业教育培养创新创业型人才，不仅是我国高等教育改革的必然趋势，更是贯彻落实党的十九大精神，全面建成小康社会的必然要求。随着互联网技术不断更新，人们相互交流沟通的方式和信息传播方式也随之发生变化。网络的普及已成当今时代的重要发展趋势，将“互联网+”与创新创业相结合，能够拓宽创业的渠道，提高创新创业的效能。

1 高校开展大学生创新创业教育的意义

1.1 有利于大学生的长远发展

大学生毕业后不論是参加工作还是选择创业都需要具有更强的竞争能力，但仅仅通过接受大学的专业教育掌握理论知识和专业技能已不能满足需要社会发展需要，还应该具有较强的创新精神，掌握一定的创业知识和技能。高校进行创新创业教育并不是只为了少数选择自主创业的学生提供教育服务，而是面向全体学生，为了其长远发展提供的一种素质教育。

1.2 有利于高校人才培养目标的实现

在知识经济时代，创新成为发展的动力和源泉，劳动力、土地、原材料等传统生产要素将逐渐被知识、技术所取代。……
