摘 要 大学生对于寒暑的时间利用与管理情况可以集中反映大学生在假期的生活方式和习惯，一定程度上反映了当代大学生的精神风貌及其价值观。本文采用问卷调查的研究方法，展开对大连市大学生寒暑假时间利用与管理的调查，针对调查结果所反映的问题，给出一些指導与意见，以期对大学生休闲价值观的培养、健康生活方式的形成及其全面发展等相关研究提供经验依据。

An Analysis of the Time Utilization and Management of

College Students' Winter and Summer Vacations

——Take college students in Dalian City as an example

Abstract College students' time use and management of cold and heat can reflect the lifestyle and habits of college students during holidays， and to some extent reflect the spiritual outlook and values of contemporary college students. This paper adopts a questionnaire survey method to carry out a survey on the use and management of college students' time for winter and summer vacations in Dalian. According to the results reflected in the survey results， some guidance and opinions are given in order to cultivate the college students' leisure values and form a healthy lifestyle. Comprehensive research and other related developments provide empirical evidence.

1 研究背景

大学阶段是人生学习的关键阶段，也是增加智慧的黄金时期。寒暑假是大学生可自由支配的时间中，占比重最大的一段时期，成为大学生们竞争的新阵地。因此，在竞争日益激烈的当今社会中，要想在有限的时间中获得更多的成长，对于寒暑假时间的管理与利用显得尤为重要。

2 研究方法与过程

本次调查研究采取了问卷调查的方法，调查问卷问题的设置主要根据大学生的假期中学习、工作、生活、娱乐方面的时间分配情况来进行，对于每一项活动的次数和时长用“每次进行的时间（小时）”和“平均频率（天/次）”这两个指标来衡量，以更加客观地展现同学们寒假生活的原貌。本文以大连市高等学校的在校大学生为调查对象，所选取的对象文、理科兼顾。共发放300份问卷，回收有效问卷270份，回收率为90%；就性别来看，男生占63%，女生占37%；就年级来看，大一学生占74%，大二学生占18%，大三学生占5%，大四学生占3%；……
